“I love using the wall as a tool to access a deeper understanding of standing poses, and then applying that new information while standing in my balancing pose. When you use the wall, still keep an awareness on the standing leg - grounding evenly into the foot, contracting the thigh and maintaining stability. At the end of the video is how I used to use the strap when I was first learning the shoulder rotation!” - @aminahtaha
