On demand posting a post on this with the recipe. ‼️Enjoy eating tasty and healthy‼️ Okay we all need lot of protein ,fiber, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, for that I keep experimenting with my breakfast meals. . . . For Soya and Oats Kebabs all we need ‼️ . . Quantity for almost 9-10 Kebabs⬇️ . . INGREDIENTS ➖Oats one medium Cup ➖Soya Chunks 25-30 chunks I took. ➖One cup curd ➖One Carrot ➖One big Onion ➖One Green Bell pepper ➖3 Green Chilies ➖Salt, Garam Masala, Dhaniya Powder(Indian spices ), Red chilli Powder if you want to add( I don’t eat red chilli powder so did not add ) ➖Olive oil . . . Recipe⬇️ 1. Mix Oats and Soya with curd and grind it. You can add some water or milk, if consistency is thick. Try to keep the consistency of the batter little thick because once we add other ingredients like vegetables and salt the batter will get smooth. 2. Fine grind the (not a paste nor chopped ) vegetables and add them all to the batter with all the spices. 3. Now take the batter and give them shape of the kebabs and keep it aside. 4. Heat a nonstick pan and put olive oil (like 2 tea spoon ) and shallow fry the Kebabs from both the sides(four at a time ). 5. Serve hot with green Chutney or Ketchup😊😊😊 6.
