‘Since faithfully practicing this method, I have transformed as a person in several ways. When I started Metamorphosis in the summer of 2015, I was an out-of-shape, unbalanced, unhealthy, stressed 34-year-old workaholic with high-blood pressure and acid reflux. I finished the 90 days of Metamorphis and then did a bit of Continuity. I even purchased a Vitality Week, thinking that would help me be consistent, but I struggled with doing the workout six days a week. Once I found #wearetamily (formerly #tamily ) on Instagram, I started streaming in January 2016 with the first Got Your Back Girl Challenge. That day was the start of my nearly daily workout. I knew Tracy was the method of me, but it took the community to inspire me to be consistent. By August 2017, I literally could not believe what I had achieved from a fitness perspective—I actually posted my stomach in Instagram. I am now a 39-year-old athlete who is much happier, healthier, balanced, and confident. I stream my workouts every day, and I host Ask TAmily ( @asktamily ) interviews every Saturday live on Instagram. Without my BFF Nichoel ( @hey_holmes1 ) and all the TAmily members who participate, I would never have gotten where I am today. This community is the most positive group of supporters I could ever imagine.’ Swipe right for a then/now and read more about @tampasuzanne health journey in the summer issue of Tracy Anderson Magazine, and inside The Edit: https://tracyanderson.com/my-tamily-tale-suzanne-moore/

One of our favorite summer pastimes is bringing our community together in the Hamptons for Vitality Weeks – an opportunity to move as one, and learn from each other over the course of several intimate days. As we began to socially distance through the growing health crisis in our country, we introduced Super Saturday and Super Sunday with Tracy to invite that same connected experience into your homes. We have felt the Vitality Week magic each weekend by following your journeys on social media, and are excited to share what’s next. Beginning Saturday, August 1, Tracy will be leading a Super Saturday and Super Sunday virtual live class experience every other weekend. Between each results-boosting weekend, Tracy will host a virtual “Ask Tracy” to answer your questions live, and in real time. The first “Ask Tracy” will be held on Thursday, August 6th at 5 pm EST and will be recorded for those who wish to listen, but cannot attend. Studio members will receive unlimited access to each bi-monthly “Ask Tracy” session. These intimate conversations will be made available to the prior weekend's Super Saturday and Super Sunday class participants and uploaded into The PER4MANCE Program for subscribers to access each month. Can't make it this weekend? You can still join us for Ask Tracy next week, and all the latest programming - registration available at tracyanderson.com/live

“As a long-time member of the Tracy Anderson studios, COVID-19 definitely threw my workout routine for a loop when all gyms were forced to close. So when I heard that I could have a taste of my old routine at the studio, I couldn’t resist, though I had some questions. How could an outdoor studio feel the same as the signature TA indoor environment with its G-Shock floors, perfectly controlled temperature and humidity, and killer sound system? Would I feel comfortable and safe in a group environment?” Alex Dickerson and Sophie Sumner from @dailyfrontrow headed out East to test drive the Water Mill al fresco studio. ‘Whether you schedule your workouts in the morning, afternoon, or evening, you’ll still experience all the health benefits of exercise. The best time to work out is the one that makes committing to a consistent exercise routine much more likely for you, giving you all the benefits of the regular movement for a healthy body, mind, and soul.’ So, does the early bird truly get the worm?
