Grow a Booty at home - No supplements ! . We are a team, by we i mean Gluteus maximus, Gluteus medius, Gluteus minimus & me ! . Ok if you have a good pair of glutes you should thank your genes ! But that does not mean people cannot grow a pair ofcourse its going to be damn lot of work but once you see the progress it would be worth it ! . 1. Move the Booty around - you gotta wake them up, activate them so they can get ready to do some work. They need to feel needed and cared for. . 2. Activation - Here are some activating exercises Glute Bridges, kick backs, Donkey kick back can be done in bed too if you are tooo lazy ! . 3. Lifitng - Well Lifting heavy is huge part of gaining a booty but don't worry since most of us don't have weights at home, this is the best time to master bodyweight forms. Use household objects, bands, your partner, your dog ... . 4. Home workouts - Lunges, squats, hip thrusts, deadlifts, glute bridges, bulgarian split squats, jumping squats, step ups, back extension, nordic ham curls... Train them 3 x a week. . 5. Nutrition - Feed them humans ! A healthy booty is made up of nutritious & wholesome foood ! Get adequate protein everyday ( to .8-1.0 grams/lb of bodweight/day. Make sure you get your maintainence calorie in or try recomping (a topic i will talk about soon ) 6. Carbs - A seperate point because people are just so scared of having carbs .. They are important AF - Basmati white Rice, potatoes are my favs.. Sweet potatoes, oats are the best tooo ! . 7.Hydrate - Hydrate the muscle to keep them healthy. 80% of the muscle are made up of water so drink up (water i mean ) 8. Get adequate amount sleeep every night . 9. Do not stressss ! Takes a toll on the bum bum, trust me ! 10. Tips on Staying fit during Coronatine (you see what i did there 😂 ) . # Stay Hydrated - peeing every 10 mins cannot be an excuse since the bathroom is literally on our travel map hehe. Try infusing your water. Get your h2o in ! # Eat wholesome food - try to follow the 90/10 rule, where you use the 90 rule to eat healthy, wholesome food and the 10 rule to indulge in your favourite fooood ! Avoid Sugar & Dairy as much as you can. . . # Intermittent Fasting - a rule i swear by, my holy grail, recommended to everyone who wants to stay fit, avoid gaining any fat or weight. Start with 16 hrs Fasting with 8 hrs of eating window where you eat 90% wholesome food, 3-4 days a week to start with... 20:4 is what i do. . . # Move that booty - Our body is designed to move around, human body works best when its ACTIVE. Go for a walk, with your mask on & music blasting ! Plenty of home bodyweight workouts available on instagram, use bands, household objects. i will post mine sooon or DM me. . . # Sleeping routine - i know during this crisis most of us have a messed up sleeping schedule which is messing up our whole body, eating timing. Make sure to get good 7-8 hrs sleep at night, keep the sleeping time consistent, avoid junk & sugar before bed which leads to poor sleep. Relax, create a relaxing sleeping environment. When you are stressed the body produces more stress hormone known as Cortisol which mostly leads us to reaching out for junk/suagary food. # Staying busy - Keep yourself doing something. Read, Meditate, Clean the house, tidy your closets, learn a language, watch movies/series, dance, make love to your partner..
