Ate some pizza yesterday...⁣ ⁣ better start over again on Monday since the rest of the week is obviously shot ✋🏼⁣ ⁣ Sound familiar? 🍕⁣ ⁣ Girl, it doesn’t have to be this way. You can have pizza and not feel like you’ve “ruined” your whole plan just because you ate something that may not have been part of the plan.⁣ ⁣ So if you’ve had an extra piece of cake or got a little out of control with the chips and guac 🥑 make sure your next meal is back on plan 🙌🏻⁣ ⁣ Repeat after me: I’M HUMAN! The entire day today for me has been crap with my eating. Which is not normal for me. But again, yes I’m human. I’m still getting my protein in, still taking my all micronutrients and getting my water in! Tomorrow is a fresh new day and when it’s a lifestyle like it is for me and you you’re going to have these days.
