I'm allowing my body to rest this week as I break from keto and prepare to start bulking. Although I'm not doing full heavy-weight workouts, I still want to get in some form of light exercise. I like to do these 3 workouts a couple times during the week when I'm focusing on my glutes. They're bodyweight, super easy and super quick workouts that are perfect to squeeze in each morning to get your day started. P.S.
