From being a person who never thought of learning handstand and always finding excuses of not even giving it a shot ( before march )and now practicing it daily , I am a completely different human now. Can't thank this lockdown enough. ... 🤪 My body has surprised me during this period .. 😍 Talking about handstand, someone has right said " handstand is a journey " I have given my more than 100% every single day while practicing it and getting disappointed at the same time. It's been almost 2 months now and still I have not even reached the half way.... Yes..Handstands are hard.. It requires good shoulder strength, strong core and balance... But yes NOT impossible.... . . I am definitely gonna get it 💪 And yes it's all self training 💪 . . .
