Ever have one of those days. ..?🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ . You know where you're morning starts off great (obviously in the Word )! ✅ . You get your workout done ✅ . You record a video to upload to your stories later telling everyone about how you've started Day 1 of the #mbf program again just so you can work through the calendar properly!! . You also talk about how late you're running for work as you haven't got in the shower yet and its 9.30am!! 🙈🙈... . And the day just goes kinda downhill from there and now its near enough time for bed (alarm goes off at 4am ) and you realise that you never got around to posting that video you made in the morning so you end up havingto post this picture instead...🙈🤷🏽‍♀️😔🙄 . Плиометрика Преимущества плиометрических упражнений активно используются во многих видах спорта, где нужна взрывная сила, собственно как эксперимент я ввёл в свой тренировочный план в подготовке к соревнованиям в троеборью😊 Плиометрические упражнения строятся вокруг природной потребности мышц к сокращению после растяжения. Существует несколько важных особенностей скелетной мускулатуры, которые делают это возможным центральная нервная система (головной мозг и спинной мозг ) постоянно получают сигналы от мышц о том, насколько они растянуты. Если мышца слишком растянута, центральная нервная система получает об этом сигнал и посылает импульс, вызывающий резкое сокращение. Именно это происходит, когда доктор бьет вас молоточком по сухожилию четырехглавой мышцы, заставляя ее сокращаться. Спинной мозг получает сигнал о сильном растяжении и вызывает сокращение четырехглавой мышцы бедра, что приводит к непроизвольному разгибанию ноги в колене. Стоит упомянуть ещё один момент, который довольно часто смущает многих новичков в плиометрике. Люди считают, что необходимо совершать движение с полной амплитудой, например глубокие приседания в пол, чтобы добиться наибольших результатов от плиометрической тренировки. На самом деле это не так. Конечно, движения с полной амплитудой могут быть выгодны и в плиометрических тренировках, но исследования показывают, что выполнение упражнение в частичной амплитуде позволяет развить большую силу. Это связано с тем, что существует предел растяжения, дойдя до которого мышцы теряют способность быстро сократиться. Поэтому, когда вы делаете глубокое приседание перед выпрыгиванием, ваши разгибатели ног сильно растянуты. И хотя ранее мы говорили о том, что чем большее растяжение, тем больше сокращение, но эластичность мышц играет меньшую роль, чем рефлекторное сокращение. Подводя итог вышенаписанного, попробуйте прыгать из положения сидя на лавке, вы почувствуете совсем другой эффект👹 Взрывной силы и положительного азотистого баланса! )

As player 2 catches one ball player 1 tosses the other ball over head. Partner 2 then needs to react and pass back the ball to partner one or to hit off the net.⁣ ⁣ Try it out on your next training session! 💯 ⁣ Have a great week everyone 😃
