⭐️20 minutes: LOWER BODY ⭐️ This is a great 20 minute workout that target your glutes, hamstrings, quads & calves 🔥. I’ve put together 6 exercises for you guys to complete( I accidentally forgetto recored one 🤦🏽‍♀️so I’ve mentioned it below😝. For the last 3 weeks I’ve been challenging myself to different exercises daily / weekly. It’s been hard ... but it’s also been fun. If you find it hard to exercise daily ... give yourself a target and write it down. Start small and then gradually add on to it. You’re more likely to do it if you’ve committed to it. I touched on what exactly macros are yesterday, so now we’re going to talk about how you can use that info to see when nutritional labels are lowkey deceiving. Slide through my pic I took to capitalize my back and rear delts to see the example I’m using to demonstrate. ~ The example is a well known protein icecream brand nutrition label. It claims one serving is 120 cals. However when you multiply the macros 3.5fatx9+23carbx4+6proteinx4 it =147.5...therefore the whole pint would be 438 calories NOT 360-thats almost a 100 cal difference, not to mention the weight of the product could be off (could have more servings in the container ). Obviously if you were to do this for one day it wouldn’t make a huge difference, but consider this over a weeks time along with other deceiving labels, etc. If you were just tracking calories without any knowledge of macros you may be more off than what you realize.
