▪️HAPPY WEDNESDAY▪️ I hope you've all had a great week so far! I'm posting this photo for myself as this weekend I took 3 days off training and spent the days stuffing my face. The last two days i have felt bad about myself because of this. This photo is here to remind me that i didnt become fatter because of those days off, I'm really not any less lean and guess what, i have 10x more energy then I did last week and I'm sleeping way better. ▪️ Sometimes a few days off can cause you to work harder and train better. You've let your body rest and refueled so not you have way more energy to hit your goals. 2 Month Update on my son’s strength and conditioning journey! . 🚨 DIS • FREAKIN • CLAIMER 🚨 ——————————————— This was HIS choice. He came to me asking for help to strength and condition during quarantine to get ready for his football season. Usually they have these classes available in the summer here but they were not this year. He also put on some baby weight over the last year and wanted to get that off to be able to move faster. This is NOT child abuse so don’t even come at me. I will not tolerate any comments made like that. . Chase started at 129 and is now 115! He did the Beachbody program T25 for the first month while his broken arm healed - the alpha phase - and then when cleared by his doctor, he started Liift4. Yep! He’s doing the program my group of challenge girls are doing right now! NO EXCUSES! 😜 . He’s lifting weights and doing cardio 4 days a week and doing activities like bike riding or walking on rest days. . As far as food goes, he’s preferring to eat low carb. So he doesn’t eat buns/bread unless it’s the Sara Lee 45 cal per slice bread. He eats everything I make but we do substitutes like you’d make while eating low carb! Low carb tortillas, quest protein chips vs Doritos, not drinking any calories, more fruits and veggie sides, protein pancakes, eggs (lots of eggs ), no snacking. . He’s been super motivated and determined to do this on his own. Which helps tremendously with his results. I never have to ask him to workout, he just does it. I have him logged into my Beachbody account on his iPad and he does it himself. And I keep low cal snacks like protein bars, rice cakes and skinny popcorn available. . Hey, if a 12 yr old can do it. Working day in and day out is hard and yet it’s something we have to do to keep food on the table and everything paid for. Oh the joys of money 🙄🥺 I signed up as a discount coach because I’m Dutch and I wanted to get my products cheaper. So our buddies over at Uptivo have kindly shared the following information with us ✌️ 📌 UPPs - 𝙖𝙘𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙮𝙢 𝙤𝙛 𝙐𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙤 𝙋𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙋𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙨 measure the training intensity based on the time spent in each Uptivo heart rate zone. My post workout appearance is usually pretty beat up and drenched😅😅. Sweating does not indicate a “good” workout necessarily. Some people sweat more than others genetically or based on their salt/water intake. It is not the best barometer to determine your workout intensity. Для начала, естественно, проконсультируйтесь у своего лечащего врача 👩‍⚕️ Тренер - не врач, он не может вас излечить. Его задача тренировать вас, учитывая ваши «проблемы». ⠀ 🔴БОЛИ В КОЛЕНЯХ Причин может быть множество – лишний вес, травма, возрастные изменения, остеоартрит и прочее. Отсюда необходимо прорабатывать мышцы, окружающие коленный сустав, что может улучшить его состояние. ⠀ Но как тренировать ноги, если колени болят❓ ⠀ ✅Вам могут помочь такие упражнения как сведения и разведения ног в тренажере, гиперэкстензия, мертвая тяга, а также различные варианты мостиков, где работают не только ягодичные мышцы, но и бицепс бедра, и даже в какой-то мере квадрицепс. ⠀ ❌От разгибаний ног в тренажере, приседаний и выпадов стоит отказаться, так как это может усугубить проблему. ⠀ 🔴БОЛИ В ТАЗОБЕДРЕННЫХ СУСТАВАХ Тренировка мышц тазового пояса может улучшить состояние тазобедренных суставов. ⠀ ✅Если нет проблем с коленями, то делайте разгибания и сгибания ног на тренажерах. ⠀ ✅Если и с коленями проблемы, то только сгибания. Не забываем про укрепление ягодиц – мостики, как правило, не перегружают ни коленные суставы, ни тазобедренные. ⠀ ❌Стоит воздержаться от разведений и сведений ног на тренажерах, как и от различных упражнений на одной ноге. ⠀ 🔴БОЛИ В ПОЯСНИЦЕ Прежде всего, необходимо придерживаться нейтрального положения спины. Это не ровная спина, а спина с естественными изгибами. То есть стоит избегать упражнений, в которых необходимо наклоняться вперед или в стороны, либо поворачивать корпус. В то же время, нужно укреплять мышцы кора! ⠀ ✅ Подойдут тяги верхнего и нижнего блоков. ⠀ ❌От некоторых упражнений стоя лучше отказаться. К примеру, безобидный на первый взгляд, подъем штанги на бицепс стоя может перегружать поясницу. ⠀ ‼️Помните, что ВСЕГДА СТОИТ УКРЕПЛЯТЬ МЫШЦЫ вокруг «очага боли», что и помогает снизить боль‼️ ⠀ Безопасных вам тренировок 🤗 P.S.
