I love recovery days! Especially with #mm100 there are no actual rest days. I am in constant motion. So my recovery days are key. Don’t ever skip your recovery or rest days. Even if your program doesn’t have scheduled workouts on your rest days. Make sure you’re incorporating some sort of yoga, Pilates etc. Releasing the tension and energy you’ve built up is very important. Not only is it wonderful to slow down for your mental health. It helps improve your flexibility, assist in building your muscle. Happy Wednesday everyone. I’ve got a new hiit / cardio for you all to try out. All you need as always it a timer and yourself , maybe some music ,as music makes anything better 😉. There is six exercise to try for 4 rounds with a 20 seconds on and 20 second off. If you want a real challenge 😏try it for 40 second with a 10 second rest and trust me that hard 🥵 The exercises are Seal jacks Like star jumps but it’s the arms move side to side Prisoners kneel to squat This take a bit of time to get right but once you get the move it will kill Walk out Burpees Jump as high as you can at the end Squat and kick Squat low and kick high High knee punch’s This is hard one but so worth it Plank knee tuck jumps Try and keep you back straight and go fast to kill your abs off I how you all try and safe for you next hiit/ cardio session. My post workout appearance is usually pretty beat up and drenched😅😅. Sweating does not indicate a “good” workout necessarily. Some people sweat more than others genetically or based on their salt/water intake. It is not the best barometer to determine your workout intensity.
