Bei welcher Intensität spielt welcher Weg der Energiebereitstellung die wichtigste Rolle? Wir haben das mal in einem neuen Blog-Beitrag zusammengefasst. Interessant ist das für alle, die sich intensiv mit ihren eigenen Trainingszielen auseinandersetzen und mehr über die physiologischen Zusammenhänge wissen möchten. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⬅️Wenn du nach links wischst, siehst du schon mal einen ersten Überblick. Keine Sorge, der Artikel verzichtet auf die ganz komplexe Biochemie. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Kleiner Teaser: Egal welche Form der Belastung: die benötigte Energie erfolgt immer über alle drei Re-Synthese-Wege – je nach Art, Dauer und Intensität der Belastung sowie Leistungsfähigkeit des Stoffwechsels (Trainingszustand ) aber mit unterschiedlichen Anteilen. Rein aerobe oder rein anaerobe Belastungen existieren daher nicht. Für die sogenannte aerobe Ausdauerleistungsfähigkeit ist dabei eine effektive Nutzung des Fettstoffwechsels entscheidend. truly no better feeling than a morning workout/movement outside in nature. water is something that always has calmed me — ocean, lake, whatever. I feel so relaxed just sitting listening to the movement of water. did a @melissawoodhealth flow with my mom and felt so energized and ready to start my day. it’s crazy the difference you feel when you TAKE THE TIME. something I really learned and grew to understand about fitness and moving my body in general — WANT to do it. when you shift your focus on moving to feel and be your best self rather than to LOOK your best self, everything changes. do it for your mental health, sanity, the ENDORPHINS. I never ever pressure myself to workout anymore. if I want to I will, if I don’t I won’t. even just going on a walk is amazing. no need to always do HIIT or run, especially if you don’t enjoy those things! I prefer low impact and occasionally adding in some kind of cardio! some of my favourites: - hiking or going on long walks - @melissawoodhealth - @samiclarke - @madfit .ig - any kind of yoga #whattthehealth
