Day 112/154 (July 11 ) - didn’t wanna get up but I did eventually & got to the gym around 8 am 😂 I only ran 3 miles & then went to breakfast & coffee with a gal pal. I had to move all my stuff in my storage from that unit to another one - so that’s basically another work out, right? 😂 Left picture is Oct 2018 vs July 10, 2020. You know, the usual, over a -140 lb loss between the two & its cray. One day I’ll catch up lol ended up going up the coast for a drive to clear my head. When I got home I started retrying on some outfits & I was actually seeing changes. Holy smokes Batman, let’s hope that sticks!
