Hallo ihr Lieben 🙋🏼‍♀️ „It‘s time for some real talk“: Meine Schilddrüsenunterfunktion wurde eigentlich nur durch Zufall entdeckt.....und zwar durch Lid-Ödeme, die mich schon seit geraumer Zeit belasten. Eines morgens war es so extrem, dass ich sofort bei meinem Hausarzt einen Termin ausgemacht hab. Da wurde mir Blut abgenommen und Zack...Schilddrüsenunterfunktion 🤷🏼‍♀️ Da ich nun schon mal da war, wurde auch direkt Blutdruck gemessen. Ergebnis: viel zu hoch. Also Messgerät gekauft, morgens & abends messen, Kontrolltermin 2 Wochen später. Eingestellt auf Medikamente, da mein Blutdruck täglich viel zu hoch ist. Hallo meine Lieben 😻 samstaaaaag ! Heute war es sehr sehr entspannt bei mir, ich hab heute wirklich nicht viel erledigt, war null produktiv und wisst ihr was ? Ich fand’s geil!!! 😅 Es tat gut einfach mal die Seelen baumeln zu lassen. Although I am so happy and proud of my weight loss over the last few months - please please please learn from my mistakes!
