Your relationships will take a toll as you just don't have the energy to put into them. The emotional pressure you're doing so well to hide feels like it could boil over and burst at any moment - which only adds to your list of worries. Eventually you'll have to stop, but just in a far more embarrassing way than hiring a coach to help you healthily process your way through this current phase. You'll come to a point where the doctor says no more, you've got a stomach ulcer and you need to rest. Avec les fortes chaleurs qui sévissent un peu partout en France ces derniers jours, chacun y va de sa petite astuce pour se rafraîchir. Nombreuses sont les personnes disant prendre une douche froide, ce qui n'est pas forcément un bon calcul, savez-vous pourquoi ? Si le corps est exposé à des températures froides, considérées comme un stress, nos surrénales (petites glandes qui se trouvent sur les reins ) vont produire des hormones (noradrénaline, adrénaline et cortisol ) qui vont aboutir à la production de chaleur !! Et oui, notre organisme est fait pour rester à une température d'équilibre 😊 Donc oui aux douches tièdes ou un peu fraîches, mais évitez les douches froides si vous souhaitez vous rafraîchir. Et comme en naturo, la clé c'est la prévention 😉 on ouvre la nuit pour récupérer la fraicheur et l'on ferme le jour les volets et rideaux pour éviter que la chaleur ne rentre dans les habitations. Et petite astuce si vous habitez en appartement et que vous n'avez pas de volets, les doublures d isolation thermique utilisées en hiver pour protéger du froid protègent aussi très bien du chaud ! 👍 (se trouvent en magasin de bricolage par exemple, j'avais du acheter les miennes chez @castorama_france ) elles se mettent en place avec un velcro entre le double rideaux et la fenêtre, c'est vraiment efficace ! 😊 Bon lundi ! . . #summertime #summer #canicule #chaleur #soleil #wellness #wellbeing #stress #preventionsante #naturopathie #naturopathe #naturo

THUISONDERWIJS, HOE DAN? En toen gebeurde het… Door een nasty virus zat de wereld ineens thuis… Iedereen werd en wordt gedwongen om hun creativiteit (verder ) te ontwikkelen, om met deze situatie om te kunnen gaan. Mensen die buitenshuis werken moesten zo mogelijk een manier vinden om vanuit huis te werken en kinderen zijn thuis van school. Het vergt nogal wat. Van bedrijven en medewerkers, maar zeker ook van degenen die ouder zijn van een jong kind. Scholen koortsig op zoek naar manieren om toch les te kunnen geven, bedrijven om tóch samen te werken en dóór te werken, zij het op afstand en de netwerken worden zwaar belast nu iedereen ineens ‘online’ is. Ik heb wel een nieuw gevonden waardering voor leerkrachten, want… hoe geef je eigenlijk ‘fulltime’ les aan kinderen? Eerlijk gezegd, ondanks allerlei suggesties van alle kanten, zou ik het nog steeds niet weten… én… hoe combineer je dat met ‘fulltime’ thuiswerken? Ik hoor ook dat sommige scholen de kinderen bijna óverbelasten met werk, sommigen worden zelfs per uur(! ) in de gaten gehouden. Persoonlijk vind ik dat echt idioot. Vergeet alsjeblieft niet wat voor invloed deze situatie heeft op kinderen, zeker de hooggevoelige kinderen! Ikzelf (al ben ik binnen ) voel nu heel erg de verschillende emoties van ‘de buitenwereld’, zoals de wanhoop, de verveling, de angst en ongerustheid. En sommige hoogbegaafde doemdenkertjes zien de wereld al vergaan. Denk eens aan de stress die alleen al daarmee gepaard gaat! Gun de kinderen ook wat rust om het allemaal te verwerken. Het is nogal wat. Courage to know that you will always figure out the next step to take... you honestly just have to take one. Stress management tip Avoiding gossip Now I’m going to be honest here, I love a bit of gossip, it can be fun and a bit of a bonding exercise. But I’m also aware that it can often be very toxic as well. There’s a fine balance between spreading news with a “you’ll never guess what...” and spreading malicious rumours that can be damaging to people. It’s difficult to confront malicious gossip but much easier to temper your own desires for it. Think before you pass on news, what are my intentions, is this true, is it kind, does the other person need to know, will it make me feel better or worse to spread this information. Try and minimise malicious gossip by not becoming involved. Avoiding gossip can reduce your stress levels as you don’t get embroiled in other people drama, or stuck in the middle of difficult situations. It can also reduce the stress of others who then don’t get talked about. I love this. ⭐️ We all know what it’s like to feel invisible and not important in someone’s company. It’s not nice. And if we belong to the vast majority of human beings suffering from less than optimal self esteem, keeping unhelpful company can fuel our already negative inner voice. Be mindful of the company you keep and notice when you yourself may fall into the trap of not valuing someone in front of you. It says more about you than the other person. DISCIPLÍNA JE DôLEŽITÁ! . Ak viem, že ma čaká niečo, čo si vyžaduje čo i len trošku stresu, začnem svoj jedálniček veľmi striktne kontrolovať. Zatiaľ najväčší pozor som si dávala keď sme šli pred 2 rokmi do New Yorku. Bola to vysnená dovolenka a môj prvý dlhý let, čo znamená že sa spájali 2 stresy - dobrý v podobe neskutočnej radosti a zlý v podobe cestovnej horúčky. Samozrejme, nechcela som aby sa čokoľvek pokazilo, takže už týždeň pred odletom som si pekne nastavila rozumný, nízkohistamínový ale stále pestrý jedálniček aby ma nič nemohlo prekvapiť. A ani ma neprekvapilo. Priamo v #NYC som prirodzene tiež nevystrkovala rožky a až na cestu domov, celá dovolenka dopadla presne podľa predstáv. (Mimochodom, ak vás zaujímajú články na tému cestovanie, mám ich na blogu niekoľko ). 😊 . Prečo to ale píšem dnes, keď sa nikam nechystám? Pretože stojím opäť pred neznámym a pomerne zvýšeným stresom. Paradoxne tam je opäť zakomponovaný pozitívny aj ten negatívny. Možno sa zamýšľate, čo môže byť pozitívne na tom, že idem do nemocnice? Aj keď to tak nevyzerá, ja sa teším, že to podstúpim a bude pokoj. 🙏 Lebo je to fakt iba maličkosť oproti tomu, čím si mnohé iné ženy (ale aj muži ) musia v živote prejsť. Ale je jasné, že to nedokážem mať úplne na háku. A práve preto musím byť disciplinovaná! ☝️ . Písali ste mi viacerí, že vás zaujíma ako si histaminik prejde takým zákrokom v úplnej narkóze, takže ja sa potom na blogu určite rada podelím aj o túto skúsenosť. . Zajtra ráno na mňa teda myslite a ja sa čoskoro ozvem. 😇❤ #histaminovainolerancia #prva #narkoza #HIT #nemocnica
