DEADLIFT TENSION CORRECTION💪 Back to you with another correction post, hope you like it and hope that it improves your deadlift. Most common mistake is to not pull the slack out of the bar. Whenever you mention, "pull the slack". You get this blank stare from individuals as if you had three heads. So what do you mean. Whenever you are not pulling the slack out of the bar is where you at risk of taking the load onto your biceps. That's the reason everyone is scared of the bicep tear during the deadlift but with this little safety prevention tweak you'll have no worries about it. When you are not pulling the slack out, you are losing that power, driving force if you will from the ground and the lower half. As many would not think, the deadlift is a push movement more than pull. You are basically locking down in a tight position at the bottom. Great tip to know that you are doing it correctly is when you feel your body weight pulling on the bar slightly and it's just about to come off the ground. Other key tips are to grip the bar firmly, of course there's several grips so you'll be choosing whatever feels best to you at the moment. Double underhand, double overhand, etc... - Lastly don't forget to brace and breath into your diaphram. If you are lifting with a belt you will basically be pushing against it right before execution. The deadlift is not a dangerous exercise if you get all the Q's in place that is where most individuals leave themselves wide open for injuries. JE M'AUTO CRITIQUE. . Retour sur une vidéo de 2015, d'un exercice pour les ischios. Temps où je m'inspirais de certains influenceurs. . Aujourd'hui, je fais pratiquer ce genre d'exercice d'une toute autre façon : . Pour mieux isoler/travailler les ischios : j'adapte les charges afin que l'exercice soit réalisé avec plus de contrôle de tempo ; de plus, cette adaptation de la charge permet de mieux fixer le dos et limite les compensations. . Enfin, pour respecter l'identité posturale et dans le but d'être le plus proche possible de l'activité physique cible (course à pied par exemple ), les bras ne seraient pas utilisés dans la stabilisation. . Mettre ''super'' lourd n'est pas forcément le plus judicieux ! . Raconte moi ce qui t’animes dans le sport ? Quelle est ta motivation pour aller t’entraîner ? Être performant ? Être fort ? Être en bonne santé ? Avoir une belle shape ? Vivre des émotions ? Faire de la compétition ? Retrouver tes potes ? Personnellement je ne suis pas du tout une accro du sport ! Encore moins de l’entraînement !! Je m’entraine pour deux raisons principalement : ✅Ce que j’aime c’est la compétition, c’était déjà le cas quand j’étais gymnaste ! Et je sais que pour faire des compétitions et y être performante ça passe par l’entraînement (malheureusement ahah ) ✅ j’aime aussi beaucoup trop manger 😆 donc m’entrainer me permet d’éliminer mes excès ou simplement de trouver un équilibre entre mes envies et mes apports. L’appli @rpstrength te permet de bien comprendre ce dont ton corps a besoin en fonction de ton rythme de vie. J’ai vite compris que pour manger plus il fallait s’entraîner plus 😉 L’appli est à 10.99€ par mois avec le code MELO.
