Она хочет защитить мышцы от травм и подаёт сигнал SOS - "сокраща-а-ай", что очень стопорит растяжку. ⠀ А какая невероятная вариация "вдохов - вздохов" встречается на тренировках : кричалки, вопилки, а также шумелки, пыхтелки, сопелки. ⠀Фразы типа : ⬇️ 😈 "Не дышу и дышать не собираюсь"! 😈 "достаточно, что я послушала как дышат остальные"! 😈 " дышать? В чем прикол - то? NATURALLY FLEXIBLE??🤔 For everyone who thinks that I was naturally flexible..yeah that's not the case. When I was younger I really struggled with my back and shoulder flexibility. My legs were so much better. But again I was not like those young little flexy Russians haha!😅 I was on a rhythmic gymnastics team and my flexibility improved so much , but still i was the least flexible gymnast in my team. I'm really grateful for everything that I learned and all the pain that I went through at THAT age cause my body now can do sooo much.💯 Flexibility is DIFFERENT for every body. Also there are so many technics on how you can improve your flexibility based on your age , your level of flexibility and your lifestyle! I feel so weird, I get so emotional, everything hurts, i get tired and out of breath so easily and I just don’t like myself and for sure with this attitude nothing works and I just feel constantly stressed out... ugh sometimes I wish having your period would not be a thing... but I guess we just have to deal with it. When things don't work, change the strategy! Took me for years to realise I was practicing wrongly in any fold forward poses. I was always using my hamstrings to bow forward instead of my hips. There's a limit for our muscles to get stretched, and the movement should be initiated by the joint, which is hips here. But I was just forcing my hamstrings for many years just to fold deeper till I started to have the chronic pain at the attachment of the hamstrings. And I literally suffered from the pain for almost 3 years 😞 How I changed my practice? BEND MY KNEES A LOT till my belly connect to my thighs ☝️ Then slowly start to straighten WITHOUT LOOSING THE BELLY/THIGHS CONTACT. Seated/standing fold forward, doesn't matter. This is how I practice, and now I can fully straighten! I don't say it's the quick solution but definitely the safest! *Deep thought post incoming* 😝. I have spent a lot of time over the last couple of weeks revisiting the past few years and particularly the last year or so of my life and not in a bad way and not necessarily in a good way either. I’m not really sure in what way it was to be honest or how to put words on it. I think it’s being a little further away from it has allowed me to reflect on it with a much clearer vision - all my experiences, all my loses, all the hurt, all the pain and most importantly all the learning. Ive lived a life rich of experiences because of the constant yearnings, the constant questions and the constant need to understand - a need to understand me, a need to understand everything. I feel this unsettledness was the route cause for the destruction Ive left behind me. Sometimes I would wish my mind could just be simple. But now I know I do not. I’ve tasted so many emotions, I have travelled to the darkness of my self and I have returned. I feel now had I never have been there that I wouldn’t be able to allow the happiness I deserve to come in to my life. So don’t be afraid of yourself, get to know who you are, all the parts. Experience all the feelings because without the dark we can never truly understand and appreciate the beauty of the light 🙏🏼
