I started my real estate journey in 2019 and didn’t officially get licensed for almost a full year due to unforeseen circumstances. Starting a new career in any field during a pandemic is hard.. Squad Challenge No.1 Complete!🔥🔥🔥What a week of effort on the Skierg! We had some epic attempts at this challenge which was to get the maximum meters covered within one minute! . When you think about sales, selling, marketing, what’s the first thing your mind thinks of? Most sales and marketing training is based in old, toxic-masculine, wounded patriarchal, warped capitalist programming. So you end up learning manipulative strategies and sales strategies that leave you feeling uneasy at best. The good news: it doesn’t have to be this way. You can run a thriving, highly profitable business without manipulating people or creating artificial scarcity. Here’s what that requires. 1. Self forgiveness, healing, reprogramming. Take a moment (or several ) to write a list of all the times you sold or marketed your work in a way that didn’t feel good, but felt like what you had to do. Not that I forgot, but today I had a meeting with an incredible human & the excitement that filled my heart for the project we discussed was everything. Reminding me what it’s all about, the people and the heart 🧡 I love love love to collaborate & bring creative ideas together with those that share the same zeal for their business. So much so that I know my I tend to put what I need to/want to do for my own business on the ‘back burner’ in order to fully focus and dedicate my working time to clients needs & the rest of my time to love & cuddle my little guy and not so little husband. After being down and out 🙅🏽‍♀️ for the past few days, doped up on pain killers. I finally felt ok to get a work out in 💪 2 Rounds - 50 squats 50 plank jacks 50 lunges (each leg ) 50 inclined mountain climbers ( each leg ) 50 squats with side leg raise - Plank for as long as possible . . . Sei nicht nur stolz auf dich, wenn du dein Ziel erreicht hast. Sei stolz auf jeden Schritt, der dich deinem Ziel näher gebracht hat.😊 Wir neigen dazu immer nur das Ende zu sehen, aber was dazwischen passiert, wird ignoriert, obwohl das genauso wichtig ist und anerkannt werden sollte.💪🏼 Zwischen dem ersten und dritten Bild ist so viel mehr passiert, als nur ein veränderter Körper, worauf ich mehr als stolz bin. Ich bin bei 2600 kcal gestartet, um in die Diätphase zu starten. Nach und nach wurden die Kalorien immer höher, um Masse aufzubauen. Mittlerweile liege ich bei 3600kcal.🔥 Die Umstellung der Ernährung, die Anpassung des Trainings🏋🏻‍♂️, das Erfahren einer neuen Liebe 👩🏼‍🤝‍👨🏻durch @kuhl_fit , von der ich nicht glaubte, dass ich sie jemals wieder erfahren würde und die Veränderung meines Lebensstils sind ebenfalls tolle Zwischenziele, die ich mit viel Fleiß und Ehrgeiz erreicht habe.💯 Nochmal ein dickes Dankeschön an meinen Coach @sinahmatas für deine tolle Unterstützung, Planung und Betreuung in der ganzen Zeit.😘 Wenn ich das geschafft habe, schaffst du das auch. Aber so ein Sprung auf knapp 2.600m Höhe vor der Kulisse von Österreichs höchstem Berg (Großglockner, 3.798m ) wird für immer ein besonderes Erlebnis bleiben 🤩 • Habe schon mal die Strecke für mein nächstes Abenteuer gecheckt: mit dem Rad über die Großglocknerstraße (60km mit 2.800 Hm ) • ❓Was denkt ihr?
