⭕️ANALISYS OF THE BENCH BAR PATH: NEWBIES vs ELITE LIFTERS⭕️⁣ ⁣ Here's a quick analysis difference between the bar path of the bench press performed by novice lifters & elite lifters. ⁣ ⁣ As we can see, a novice lifter will tend to drive his bench press more perpendicularly, almost drawing a straight vertical line of pushing force on the concentric part of the movement. ⁣ ⁣ On the other hand, the elite/competitive style of bench press will drive the bar in a more curved motion, allowing to produce more force by making the technique of the lift feel more optimized, if not "easier". ⁣ ⁣ This is also one major reason why I don't recommend benching (but neither squatting ) on the Smith Machine. Ricominciamo a salire con i carichi eliminando le fascette . @lamustazza Torniamo piano piano ad utilizzare carichi che prima si muovevano Con L’utilizzo delle fascette . Non sono contro il loro utilizzo, ma per un uso di entrambe le tecniche , per sapere quando è bene sfruttare una o l’altra tecnica in base ai lavori che andiamo a fare . Sicuramente iniziare a fare delle singole a salire , dopo uno schema allenanente è tassante , ma molto produttivo ai fini dell’allenamento della forza , dato che tra 3-4 settimane ( tempo permettendo ) torneremo a provare i massimali dopo un buon lavoro di 8-12 settimane , di reinserimento di schemi di forza , dando così i giusti tempi al sistema nervoso , di adattarsi a stimoli persi nei 2 mesi di lockdown . Ci prendiamo così una singola ad 85kg è una a 90kg ( non chiusa benissimo ) . Weeeeelllll, here goes nothing as I dive headfirst into something brand new. This week marks week 1/19 for my first show! 🎉 There are numerous reasons on why I decided to pull trigger (which I’ll get to eventually! ), but the biggest one is that I haven’t done something SO far out of my comfort zone in a longgggg time. It’s been a while since I’ve been a true beginner at something, and to be honest I am so excited to learn and experience something entirely new. In 19 weeks I’ll be hitting the stage at the King Kong Natural Classic in Toronto in the Wellness division - and I’m excited to share all the bits and pieces of this huge journey with you guys. I had my first posing practice with the amazing @jodiboam today, which I’ll be sharing what the session was like in a YouTube video after the weekend.
