🏋🏼‍♀️Nuevo mesociclo centrado en la hipertrofia🏋🏼‍♀️ • He progresado mucho en cuanto a flexibilidad en sentadilla, cuando empecé apenas bajaba, entrenar me ha hecho mejorar mi flexibilidad entre otras muchas cosas💪🏽 • En hiptrusht salieron 120kg x 10 repes me sorprendió ya que con 3 repes salieron 150 la semana pasada y son 30kilos de diferencia ósea que puedo levantar mas de 150😝 • En Press banca me toca mejorar y subir ya que me cuesta un poco más el tren superior que el tren inferior, voy más lenta pero hacia arriba siempre 😁 • Y probé la Jaca que tantas ganas tenia 😂 era un poco rara y me molestaba la lumbar si no la apoyaba totalmente pero al fin pude sentirme cómoda🙌🏽 • Por mucho que las cosas cuesten por algunos factores hay que conseguirlas y trabajar por ellas , así habrá una satisfacción completa y te sentirás más feliz como me pasa a mi ✌🏽 • #gym #gymmotivation #gymlife #lifestyle #life #madrid #deadlift #training #trainhard #power #powerlifting #powergirl #strongwomen #strong #strongmindset #stronminded #nike #gymshark #myprotein #prozis #workout #workoutmotivation #workhard #madrid

Had one of those days where the past few weeks of pushing harder each session just came and kicked me right in the dick 📉👎🏻 - Fatigued, low mood and felt like doing nothing all day. These days happen to the best of us and it’s easy to get caught up in the constant cycle of demanding more & pushing harder. - In reality, I have been training 5/6 days per week, more total output than I’ve done for years whilst in a deficit.... I’ve also been very busy at work. I should know better 😅 - It is important to see these things coming and prepare, otherwise we risk serious burnout. So today the most activity I’ll be getting through is walking the dog, calories have been increased and I’ll be getting an early night. Depending on how I feel tomorrow I may just Deload for the rest of the week. - If you’re working hard and ticking boxes, it’s okay to take the foot off the gas when needed. Your mind & body will thank you for it 🔑🧠📈 - #prevailperformancecoaching

HILL SPRINTS Hill sprints are an optimal conditioning choice for lifters and strength athletes for a tons of reasons. I’m so glad that it’s in my arsenal, as the confidence to squat and push myself is more with this bar than any other. . For back, I got seal rows going with the @batlperformance Cerakote bar.
