So, here is my poori plate with a side of scrambled eggs with veggies (which became my main meal actually ) that I had shared in my client's group. . And sure enough, one of my clients proudly put together a similar meal and shared in the client's group, saying "I can eat pooris too". . The beautiful thali is that of my client's. She doesn't eat eggs but ensured she included plant-based proteins in the form of sprouts, nuts for healthy fats, potatoes for smart carbs, millet-nut mix in milk and some apples for sweetness at the end of the meal. . Don't you agree this is one yummy and satisfying meal? Who would have thought one can still eat pooris in a fat loss program!! ☺️😍💪🏼 . ✨🍳🥑 veggie and basil egg omelette with mashed avocado + smoked salmon bagels! we finally got our honeycomb shelves installed 😊 i’m loving how much homier it’s making our livingroom look. i held off on getting small plants until this shelf was hung up, so it’s TIME to decorate it with all the greenery now!! i got a few small plants yesterday but more will be added on as i hunt for more🌵 the omelette has onions, bell peppers, spinach and fresh basil! 🌿 all the veggies were sautéed first, then removed from pan before adding in the whisked eggs. once the top surface of the eggs is thickened, add veggies back to one side of the omelet. fold in half with a turner and cook for another 1-2 minutes on low heat. i topped it off with more fresh basil and ebtb sesame seasoning! #winniesbalance

Self love ✨. • • • Let’s talk for a quick second. I get a lot of DMs about learning to love yourself and being happy and when to know if you’re “happy”. I think It’s important to remember that I don’t believe self love and happiness are a destination, I see them as a journey. I think in order to achieve self love and happiness, you must always be changing. I have my days.. where my mental health is bad and I have a lot of self doubt. Don’t let social media fool you, it’s not always sunshine and rainbows, but I think it’s important that although we have these days, we pick ourselves back up and continue to push through. We remember the positive things we bring to this world and we keep going. So although I love myself and I am happy, I still have lots of work do. I will continue to do this work because I am worthy.
