Have you guys heard of @veestrofood ? It’s 100% plant based prepared meals. Just heat and serve! I was lucky enough to have been provided with 4 meals to try. Mine are all vegan, gluten free and soy free! I started off trying with this beluga lentil braise. It is loaded with lentils, quinoa, carrots, peas, potatoes, squash and more in a delicious coconut milk sauce. I decided to have mine over some butternut squash I had already prepared in my refrigerator. I must say, it was a very tasty meal that was ready in just a few minutes! Thank you to veestro for sending me these meals and I can’t wait to try the others!

A Lesson in not always having to be perfect..⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Unplanned food shots tend to be the ones that pleasantly surprise me most.. like this one. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I was playing with food trying to make an IG trendy rainbow sandwich - it's when you layer veggies of red, yellow, green, purple, blue etc and create the most stunning display of natural colours! so... I was testing out how to make red cabbage turn blue using baking soda and voilá it magically worked! Grabbed a quick bowl, I already happened to be wearing blue jeans and my gem stone bracelet and got this shot.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I remember thinking how 'living in the moment' is just as perfect (if not better than ) a contrived scene with styling, props etc.. this shot is ME. And, I'm kinda pleased that it came out perfectly!

Herbst ist für mich definitiv auch Pilzsaison. Anfang September haben wir noch ziemlich viele Pilze gefunden. Jetzt war es aber lange trocken und wir hatten keine Glück mehr. Deswegen sind wir jetzt ersatzweise auf Champignions umgestiegen. Diese Suppe ist wahrscheinlich die einfachste Suppe die es gibt. Oder kennt ihr ein noch einfacheres Suppenrezept? Zutaten: 500g Champignions( ich benutze braune, aber bei weissen, hat die Suppe eine schönere Farbe ) 1 Zwiebel 2 Bund Petersilie 1/2 l Gemüsebrühe Chapmignions waschen, in Scheiben schneiden und mit etwas Olivenöl in der Pfanne braten. Dazu die klein geschnittene Zwiebel geben. Ablöschen mit 1/2 l Gemüsebrühe und nochmal aufkochen. Vom Herd nehmen und mit pürieren. 2-3 EL Sahne und klein geschnittene Petersilie dazugeben. Wer möchte kann mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen. Macht das Rezept es nach und lasst uns wissen, ob es euch auch so gut geschmeckt hat wie uns. 🇬🇧 For me, autumn is definitely mushroom season too. At the beginning of September we found quite a few mushrooms. But now it was dry for a long time and we were no longer lucky. That is why we have now switched to mushrooms as an alternative. This soup is probably the simplest soup there is. Or do you know an even simpler soup recipe? Ingredients: 500g mushrooms (I use brown, but with white, the soup has a nicer color ) 1 onion 2 bunches of parsley 1/2 l vegetable stock Wash the chapmignions, cut them into slices and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil. Add the finely chopped onion. Deglaze with 1/2 l vegetable stock and bring to the boil again. Remove from heat and mash with. Add 2-3 tablespoons of cream and chopped parsley. If you want, you can season with salt and pepper. Nel frattempo frullate 120 gr di salmone affumicato con 200 gr di carciofi già cotti e puliti. Una volta cotto il cous cous, aggiungetelo nel mixer e frullate tutto con un filo d'olio. Formate le polpette con le mani umide e passatele nel pangrattato (io non ho usato uova! ). 2 місяці🤭 ⠀ Приблизно стільки, а може й більше, я вже не їм м’ясо. І знаєте що? Почуваю себе просто прекрасно🥰 ⠀ Таке рішення я прийняла не тільки через гуманність та екологію, але й в першу чергу заради свого здоров’я🤗 ⠀ Я до цього йшла давно, але тільки після проходження програми очищення Colo Vada Light, де 2 тижні не можна їсти м’ясо, і перегляду певних фільмів, які повністю поміняли моє відношення до того, що ми їмо і яким чином це все виробляється і доставляється на полиці супермаркетів, я змогла прийняти це рішення. ⠀ Нікого переконувати не збираюсь і нав’язувати свою думку теж не буду, але кому цікаво, то ось ці фільми👇🏻 ⠀ 🌱При чем здесь здоровье? 🌱Исцеление планеты. Важно что ты ешь. 🌱Переломный момент 🌱Землянин ⠀ Ну і кому буде цікаво чисто додатково про здоров’я з точки зору цукру і фаст фуду💁🏼‍♀️ ⠀ 🍭Сахар 🍔Двойная порция ⠀ Дуже шкода, що тієї інформації, яка подається в цих фільмах, не вчать в школі, адже я вважаю, що кожна людина має право знати ці факти. ⠀ І дуже шкода, що людям на стільки нав’язали, що без тієї чи іншої їжі неможливо жити, що для них не їсти м’ясо-дико, не вживати молочку-дико, не їсти цукор-ОБОЖЕ. ⠀ Моє улюблене: А ТИ ВЗАГАЛІ ЩОСЬ ЇСИ?😂 ⠀ Не люблю ці ярлики: вегетаріанець, веган, сироїд і тд🙅🏼‍♀️ ⠀ Якщо людина не їсть огірки, то ми ж не вішаємо їй ярлик, щоб усі знали, що вона то не їсть🤦🏼‍♀️ ⠀ Тому давайте будемо ЛЮДЬМИ і приймати рішення інших, а не включати савдеповські звички і осуджувати інших по тому, що вони їдять, а що ні. ⠀ Усі ми-РІЗНІ, але кожен по своєму особливий😌🙌🏻 ⠀ А ще цікаво, чи є серед вас люди, які теж не вживають м’ясо? I haven’t eaten meat since April🌱 How do I feel? I truly feel more light and positive. Do I miss eating meat? NO! When the quarantine started, me and my mother, we felt that we don’t want to eat meat anymore. That was an unexpected idea but it turned out so cool😌 I’m not a vegetarian because I eat fish, milk, eggs etc. Maybe I’ll try to avoid this products later I don’t know yet.
