Mein Start in den Tag war wundervoll heute! Ich habe mir Zeit für mich genommen: habe meditiert, habe Yoga gemacht und mich dann bei Gute Laune Musik auf den Tag eingestimmt. Mit so einer wunderbaren Selfcare Me-Time darf der Tag gern öfter beginnen 😇 In der Realität sieht es bei mir, seit der Geburt meines kleinen Sohnes vor einem halben Jahr, oft anders aus. Da sind die Morgenstunden oft ein bisschen chaotisch 😅 und doch spüre ich heute wie gut mir meine Selfcare Me-Time getan hat und wie ich so noch achtsamer, liebevoller und geduldiger sein kann. Mit meinem kleinen Babyboy, mit mir selbst und mit allen anderen Menschen. Also wenn es dir vielleicht auch so geht und es morgens bei dir etwas hektisch zu geht - vielleicht hast du auch Kinder oder musst schon früh im Office sein - überlege dir gern einmal wie du dir dennoch morgens ein bisschen Zeit für dich nehmen kannst. Vielleicht kannst du ein wenig früher aufstehen oder - so wie ich - deinen Mann darum bitten, dir für eine kleine Weile morgens den Rücken frei zu halten, sodass du etwas ungestörte Zeit für dich hast. 🧘‍♀️ Wie sieht es bei dir aus, nimmst du dir morgens Zeit für dich, um den Tag bewusst zu beginnen? Erzähl mal, das interessiert mich sehr!
