🔥UPPER AND HIIT🔥 . ‼️Tips for beginners in the gym to feel more comfortable‼️ ▪️Wear something that makes you feel confident and comfortable. ▪️Put headphones on. ▪️Go in with a plan. Find a workout on Instagram or write your own so you know what you’re doing and not wandering. ▪️Go into a side room or corner of the gym so you aren’t around as many people. ▪️Go with a friend or get a trainer so you have someone to be with. ▪️On your first day start on a cardio machine and look around the gym to see where all of the equipment is that you want to use (I did this but for like a week because I was nervous😅 ) ✨And remember, everyone has their first day so just go for it! 🖐🏽The 5 pillars of health, what I focus on daily and what WE focus on during the 30 Day Program! 🤲🏽Comment below which you struggle with most! 1. Food: 🍎🥑🍠🍌🍚🥬what you consume is what you become. 2. 💤Sleep/rest: this is one of the most important factors and is just about as important as food! 3. 🧠♥️Mental health: under talked about yet controls every aspect of health and well being. 4. 💧Hydration: each cell needs to be hydrated daily to function. 5. 🤸🏽🧘🏽‍♂️Movement/stretching/fitness: this should be a craving you have and never forced. Strong core/legs/back + limber and flexible to the best of your ability + cardiovascular health! _ I wasn’t paying attention to any of these for so long. I lived roughly 4 years in a restrictive, low carb dieting mindset with lots of binge eating / consistent weight gain and heavy inflammation. 🥵I paired this with forcing 1-2-3 hours of heavy and harsh fitness everyday (lifting and hard cardio ) with no stretching/rest. 🤲🏽If only I could tap into the intuition that I have now!
