🙏🏻😀💪🏻😃At the start of lockdown I was getting stressed because I didn’t like my body. I’ve never worked out in my life and I’ve never even stepped foot inside a gym. But I said to myself if I don’t like it then do something about it. So I ordered some weights online and I’ve only been working out about 8 weeks but I’m so happy with how things are going. I know my body is nothing special and it’s nothing like people that go gym all the time. But it’s a million times better and happy with it now. 👍🏻🙏🏻💪🏻😃. I’ve not changed anything I’m eating I’m eating exactly the same 🍟🍔🌭. I’m not doing anything different apart from working out 1 hour and 30 mins each day. As I said I know my body is nothing special but it’s working for me so far. So if you want to do things and improve you can do it easy. It can possibly improve you’re mental health as well as you will feel better about yourself. If I can do it anyone can. It’s all about small steps and you will get there. The first day I worked out I struggled doing 15 minutes. Now I can do 1 hour and 30 minutes easy. I know that’s nothing special but it’s just an example that you can do stuff. Stop putting things off and do it today. Also if anyone is suffering from mental health and needs to talk and don’t have family or friends feel free to message me because sometimes just a chat can help. Hi Friends! I threw this SPICY ASIAN CHICKEN SALAD today for Nick and I in TWENTY MINUTES (including the cook time for the chicken ) and it was so good I had to share! It’s great as a meal prep or a quick healthy lunch and SO dang tast😋 Here’s what you need(this serves two ): -2 chicken breast -Olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder(for chicken ) -a few handfuls of cabbage and spring mix -1/2 cup of cucumber’s -1/2 cup julienned peppers -1/2 cup julienned cucumbers -1/2 an avocado -1/4 cup chopped cilantro -1/2 sliced jalapeño (optional ) -sprinkle of sesame seeds -Trader Joe’s Asian Style Peanut Vinaigrette How to make it: -In an air fryer, add cubed chicken tossed in olive oil, s&p, garlic powder, and onion powder. -At 400 degrees, cook ten minutes. Toss, then cook another ten minutes. -While the chicken cooks, toss cabbage and spring mix in peanut dressing and chop veggies. -Add all toppings but cilantro and sesame seeds. -Once assembled, garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds

OMLET SEROWY Przepis na Stories był dwa razy, robiliście ten przepis hurtowo, omlet jest przepyszny. A że ja ostatnio jestem mega niezorganizowana i kompletnie z niczym się nie wyrabiam, to oczywiście nie dodałam przepisu w poście 🙈 Nadrabiam zaległości, przepis dodaję, jutro w końcu podzialam z komentarzami. Smażymy pod przykryciem na małym ogniu jakieś 5-7 minut. Przewracamy omleta i z drugiej strony pod przykryciem smażymy kolejne kilka minut. I tyle- omlecik jest obłędnie pyszny! PROTEIN BALLS 🐡 I found a little video making these on Pinterest so I decided to recreate them with bits we have in the cupboard. Don’t get me wrong, I could eat my cookies and cakes all day but it’s nice to know there’s a slightly more nutritious option in the fridge lol 🌰 I also absolutely hate nut butters but these aren’t overpowered by it and are a lovely little protein filled snack that take about 15 mins to make 🌼 - RECIPE 👩🏼‍🍳 🐡 You will need 120g Oats, 90g Peanut Butter, 50g Maple Syrup, 2 Scoops of Choc Protein, 50g Milk Choc Chips, Oat Milk. 🐡 Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and bring together. Add in Oat Milk a splash at a time to create a crumbly dough (I probably used about 1/3 of a cup of Oat Milk ). 🐡 It’s super dry at first, kneading with your hands will help as they’re warm. 🐡 Scoop into balls and keep in the fridge. This should make around 16! [ #aproladispensaecucino ] e dopo aver aperto il vasetto di ceci per usare l’aquafaba, ecco una bella idea per utilizzare i legumi! Ho preparato delle NUGGETS VEG che - credetemi - sono andate letteralmente a ruba! E se cercate altre idee di polpette-crocchette e nuggets andate a vedere anche sui profili di Anna @lennesimoblog Luisa @tacchiepentole Monica @lalunasulcucchiaio e Valentina @la_cucina_che_vale - ne troverete per tutti i gusti e con ingredienti #dalladispensa ! Per una dozzina di nuggets: - 250 g di ceci - 100 g di riso lessato - 2 zucchine novelle - 1 cipollotto - sale e pepe - pangrattato - olio extravergine d’oliva Trita il cipollotto. Grattugia la zucchina. Scalda un cucchiaio di olio in una padella e fai rosolare il cipollotto, poi aggiungi le zucchine, regola di sale e fai appassire qualche minuto. Versa i ceci, il riso e le zucchine grattugiate nel robot da cucina, e frulla per 30 secondi, giusto per amalgamare gli ingredienti (non devi ottenere un impasto omogeneo ). Prendi una porzione di impasto, dagli la forma di una nugget e impanala in un po’ di pangrattato. Puoi cuocere le nuggets in padella con poco olio oppure in forno a 200º per 10 minuti, con un filo d’olio in superficie.
