Day 3 Wall Handstands Drills🤸‍♂️ The wall is an amazing tool to help you focus on the strength aspect of handstanding. At the beginning it is better to gain control upside down and ensure you can support your weight on your hands in different positions and move comfortably before moving away from the wall. There list of useful exercises you can perform using the wall is so long I have only included a few. In the coming weeks I will include other exercises that will be more focused on a specific skill or training objective. 1. Kick ups 2. Jump ups 3. Pike ups 4. Leg isolation 5. Shoulder control 6. Low-intensity interval training (or LIIT ) aims to build strength and endurance through a series of slow, precise movements, increasing the time muscles spend under tension. Move slowly, and use your inhale and exhale to stay mindful as you perform each rep. The main gain is injury prevention. You'll be able asses if weight it's right for you and You'll also be able to judge when enough is enough.
