Had a rough day mentally yesterday. I feel like my mind is trying to catch up to my body size and sometimes they clash!! MANY don’t understand. I have these moments where I feel like I’ve accomplished so much with what I’ve got and then other times I feel like a complete loser lard😩 but I need to remember I decide my mood!! Leg Curl 🌱 - - Second to RDLs these are my favourite to do when training hamstrings! The burn on these is like no other 🔥 - - I like to point my toes to the floor to really get maximum hamstring activation and try to keep my hips on the seat part. After throwing myself into as many forms of exercise as I could find over the last few months my body has not so subtly reminded me how important it is to take a step back from time to time and chill the f*%k out 😅 As much as movement is medicine, rest and recovery are as important.
