3 esercizi per allungare gluteo e piriforme. 🔴 1 video Schiena a terra, ginocchia piegate, tallone vicino al gluteo. Posizioniamo la caviglia dx sul ginocchio sx, da qui la mano dx passa in mezzo alle gambe, la sx esterna alla propria gamba, si afferra il ginocchio sx e manteniamo spalle e tutta la schiena, fino alla zona lombare schiacciata contro il pavimento. Da qui se vogliamo aumentare il “carico” ci basterà tirare le gambe verso il petto e/o alzare la gamba sx verso l’alto. 🔴 2 video Partiamo dalla quadrupedia, cavigli sx davanti al ginocchio dx. Da qui si scivola con la gamba dx all’indietro e le mani e il busto scivolano in avanti. Il gluteo sx va spinto contro il pavimento e cerchiamo di portare il busto più giù che possiamo. 🔴 3 video Partiamo da seduti a gambe incrociate... poi mettiamo la caviglia sx vicino al gluteo dx avendo il ginocchio avanti a noi in linea con il petto. Poi si prende la caviglia dx, e accavallando le gambe, si sposta più esterna possibile al gluteo sx. Quando facciamo questo passaggio cerchiamo di avere entrambe le ginocchia sulla stessa “linea”. Arrivati a questo punto blocco i piedi con le mani, estendo la zona lombare, petto in fuori e scendiamo verso le ginocchia. Buon relax. NATURALLY FLEXIBLE??🤔 For everyone who thinks that I was naturally flexible..yeah that's not the case. When I was younger I really struggled with my back and shoulder flexibility. My legs were so much better. But again I was not like those young little flexy Russians haha!😅 I was on a rhythmic gymnastics team and my flexibility improved so much , but still i was the least flexible gymnast in my team. I'm really grateful for everything that I learned and all the pain that I went through at THAT age cause my body now can do sooo much.💯 Flexibility is DIFFERENT for every body. Also there are so many technics on how you can improve your flexibility based on your age , your level of flexibility and your lifestyle!
