So, here are 3 practice drills that you must master to finally figure headstands! Want more such content? Let us know what you want to learn next! Step 1 Get down on your knees and lean forward. Tap your shoulders and then your elbows (this is to ensure that you maintain a proper shoulder-wide between your elbows ) Then, lock the fingers firmly and make sure your thumbs face the ceiling. After that, start walking in and place the crown of your head firmly against the locked fingers. Ensure that your shoulders and hips come in one line. Now, bring the weight to the crown of the head. Stay on the toes. Step 2 Sit close to a wall. Make sure your toes are touching the wall. Sit in vajrasan and bring your elbows in front of your knees and place them on the floor. Repeat the first step. With the crown of your head on the floor. Press your head firmly on your hand. Start walking your legs up on the wall, one leg at a time. Shift your entire weight to the head. Walk up until your legs are parallel to the floor and your body forms a proper L shape. Step 3 Repeat the first 2 steps only this time, do it against the wall. Place you hands one-palm distance away from the wall. Place your fingers close to the wall, firmly and stick the thumb out. Walk in as much as you can. Press one knee into your chest and with the other foot, using momentum, push both the feet towards the ceiling. Keep practicing and extend both your legs on the wall. One leg at a time. Step 4 Once you feel confident you can level up by taking your hips off the wall. Once you master that, try getting your feet off the wall too. ДРАНИКИ ИЗ КАБАЧКА ⠀ 🔹Ингредиенты: - 1 кабачок - 2 яйца - 2 ст/л. сметаны - 3-4 ст/л муки - сыр твёрдый (можно не добавлять ) - чеснок - зелень (петрушка, укроп ) - соль, перец 🔹Приготовление: 1. Натираем кабачок (отожмите его обязательно ) в большой тарелке смешиваем постепенно все ингредиенты, в конце добавляем муку (смотрите по консистенции ) масса должно быть густой. 2. Разогреваем сковороду и выкладываем наши драники (я добавила масла немного ) можно готовить на а/п сковороде без масла. Готовим под крышкой по 3-4 мин. на среднем огне с двух сторон. Драники получаются воздушными и нежными. 3. Идеальный соус для драников (ну я так очень люблю ): сметана + чеснок + соль + кинза. Приятного аппетита!
