What's for breakfast? This easy and satisfying bowl of oats? Put some oats in water, let it boil until it's soft and slimy. And some cinnamon, be generous! I added some cinnamon-dates-peanutbutter (no artificial ingredients, just these ingredients! ) But you can also use a 100% peanut peanutbutter. Ad a banana, some almonds, mulberries and maybe sprinkle some cacao nibs on top. Also as some blueberries if you like! ⚠️ RITENZIONE E CELLULITE? . ➡️ Questi due fattori molto frequenti nel mondo e fitness femminile vengono un po' sottovalutati pensando si risolvano nell'arco di giorni, poche settimane o con classici programmi da palestra di fitness, quindi squat, leg press, affondi frontali, leg extenction stimolando nelle classiche schede fatte a caso per il 90% del volume di allenamento solo il quadricipite arrivando a sensazioni di gonfiore, pesantezza negli arti inferiori, aumento di peso molto spesso indotto da programmazioni di allenamento sbagliate. ➡️ Uno dei primi passi per affrontare queste due problematiche è quello di ridurre il grasso e migliorare la circolazione sanguigna attraverso dei protocolli specifici, eliminando dalle schede alcuni esercizi che vengono consigliati ma che sono solo uno stress, causando quegli effetti negativi che tutte le donne non vogliono avere durante e dopo l'allenamento. Si arriva quindi a cosa: 1️⃣ Allenamenti troppo frequenti senza risultati 2️⃣ Stress psicofisici indotti da attività scorrette e troppo frequenti 3️⃣ Abbandono dell'attività fisica . ⚠️ QUINDI? 🔻 ➡️ Quindi è un lavoro che deve essere monitorato con attenzione, lavorando a step e valutando tutte le variabili che possono causare queste due problematiche.
