One of my longterm goal was to bench a 100kg. I know a 100kg might sound sugar coating for many lifters, for me barbel flat and incline bench presses were some of the weak areas in-terms of lifting heavy weights. I wanted to get to this goal with no support/ anyone shadowing from behind. Here we are! Wooho. Next goal - 1. to have my feet on the bench during the lifts to have complete control over the weight and form. 2. To bench double my weight. I think am around 75-78kg atm. That would be a 150kg. We can do this. Btw!
