A little Kettlebell Chain for Wednesday ⛓ • Single arm swing x 1 Single arm clean x 1 Curtsy lunge w/ KB in rack x 1 Single arm press x 1 Snatch drop x 1 Repeat chain (sequence ) 3x then switch sides and do the same. • A kettlebell chain is a series of exercises performed sequentially, one rep of each movement, before starting the sequence over again.  Each time the sequence is performed all the way through, it counts as one rep. • Chains can be complex, because of the motor control and coordination needed to move from one exercise to the next. Bridge (contracting glutes ) Supersets (2 exercises back to back ) 1. Back Lunge then Curtsy Lunge (on step or floor ) (3 sets of 10, each leg ) 2. Lateral Step Over (40 seconds ) 1. Squat to 1/2 Squat (3 sets of 10, each leg ) 2. Sumo Squat to Jump (40 seconds ) 1. Split Squat (3 sets of 10, each side ) 2. Stationary Pulse Lunges (40 seconds each side ) 1. 🌞💕💪🏼 Morning!💪🏼💕🌞 We did back today! I have to write myself notes when I do #deadlifts so I can remember to focus on my back and not on my butt. Did some one arm #row #reversefly and some other back muscle exercises. For my glutes I did #firehydrant with two heavy loops #frogbridge (with two heavy loops too ) #curtsylunge (loop and 15lbs weights ), and -Standing side kick with loops. I used two loops this time (check out the pic ) one on my ankles the other one above my knees... Ćao ljudi 💖 Nadam se da ste dobro! Doslovno odbrojavam dane do teretane. Nažalost, moja još uvijek nije otvorila, ali svakako ne bi ni krenula usred tjedna. Za mene su novi počeci početkom novog tjedna - što ću, takva sam 😅🙈. Za sada još treniram doma iako mi se tako ne da, ali nema preskakanja! Trening se uvijek odrađuje pa kakav - takav 💪🏽. - Sreća u nesreći je što sam ja uspjela izvući maksimum iz kućnih treninga jer da nije bilo ove stanke, ne znam bi li i dalje vjerovala da mogu biti toliko efikasni 😍. Naravno, ovdje ne mislim na bodyweight treninge jer je za dobar kućni trening ipak potrebno imati nešto od opreme (bučice/girje/otporne trake ) kako bi mogli ostvariti adekvatnije opterećenje. - Srećom, mene je moj @proteone opremio dijelom te fitnes opreme koja je ovaj tjedan snižena, pa svakako bacite oko na web shop i upiknite ono što vam fali 😁.
