Yesterday I put a tiny portion of my life in all your lovely sanitised hands. 4 or 5 easy miles were the options & 4 miles won with 70% of the vote. . My wife voted for 5 miles, so she clearly wanted me out of her face for a bit longer. 😂 . I wasnt up for it to be honest when I got up. It took me over an hour to get my arse from my bed to the pavement outside. . What a lovely run it was though. Just nice & easy, listening to my book. Although it was sunny it hadn't warmed up yet so basically perfect weather for me. . I got home afterwards, had a stretch & enjoyed my breakfast smoothie in the garden. . It's amazing what a run can do for your energy & mood. Now for a day in the garden with the family. Mahlzeit 🍴 Ganz simples essen Fischstäbchen mit Spinat und Spargel. Der Teller hat 294kcal✔️ Da ich essen mit wenig Kalorien poste, kam daher fragen ob ich wenig esse oder kein Fastfood esse usw. Ich esse immer weniger Kalorien dafür öfter. Ich bin nicht der Freund von 3 großen Mahlzeiten. Meine Portionen sind zwar wenig, aber dafür habe ich kein hunger Gefühl, und kann zwischendurch naschen. Dann die Frage ob ich kein Fastfood esse. Natürlich esse ich soetwas wer nicht? Ich übertreibe es nicht und esse so das es von den Kalorien her passt. Außer wenn ich essen gehe, da kann man nur schätzen und ich esse vorher nicht viel. Ihr dürft euch nichts verbieten, dass ist der falsche Weg & man bekommt Heißhunger. La mattina ha l'oro in bocca.(😜 ) Pronti Partenza Via. Chi mi conosce sa che adoro correre e quest'anno sono stata fortunata a fare l'ultima mezza maratona prima della quarantena! ( @saintvalentinemarathon ) Ho sempre pedalato in questi mese e di conseguenza il rientro nella corsa non è stato così traumatico dal punto di vista del fiato. 3k/2.5k/2k 5R 🎯 Sub 1:46.4 This is a Pete Plan session I used to do (and hate ) back in the day. Felt jaded before the start as got DOMs from squats last night. 1st rep was dreadful, wanted to HD after a 1000m but stuck at it. 2nd rep was gonna adjust my expectations to high 47s, but managed to neg split after 500m in. 3rd rep was 47s until 500m left, then I tried to bring it down. LAZY SUNDAY . What does Sunday consist of for you? . Thursdays and Sundays are my rest days and I really look forward to them each week. I get to sleep in a little later, usually have more time to do creative work for my side business @restingbleachface , and spend time with @christopherpinedo and his daughter Apple. . I also love to be in the sun and ideally the water as well (which has been a little challenging as of late ). I was a competitive swimmer all throughout high school and I love love love being in the pool (and you already know how I feel about tanning ) . Usually, after a pretty full day we eat a lot and find a good new show or movie to watch. Today I’m going to finish watching @moonlightmov and I’d like to watch @greenbookmovie when I’m done to compare the two. . I hope you enjoy and appreciate your rest days as much as I do!

The more money you try to save the richer you’ll be? Wrong. ⁣ ⁣ As a kid, whenever I was with my grandparents, I was not allowed to turn on the AC or the heater. ⁣ ⁣ Too cold? Put on more blankets. ⁣ Too hot?
