I actually hit this a couple of days ago but wanted to be sure! The graph is a beautiful representation of what consistent application and progress looks like. I've gained 13kg in 4 months largely thanks to the nutritional expertise of @aresapstrengthandphysique , without access to a gym (my training has been pretty varied, using kettlebells, a TRX, sandbags and sprints ) and although I'm carrying a little more around the middle I've put over 2 inches on each thigh. I would go on YouTube for HOURS and watch different influencers who I looked up to and see what their take was on nutrition and training. I would take all of their knowledge and combine it into my own. With personal experience, I can confidently say I know what I’m doing (most of the time 😹 ) ⁣ ⁣ Many people now a days want the “quick fix” or “best way to get toned quick”. Sorry to break it to you but progress doesn’t happen over night. You have to be consistent and have will power. HOW TO CONTROL HUNGER 🍔 — When your goal is to lose fat, it’s inevitable that you will eventually reach a period of time when you will get hungry. — However there are some strategies that you can use to help minimize hunger levels.
