🆕 ¿PORQUE ABANDONAMOS EL USO DE PLATAFORMAS INESTABLES? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀———- Hoy os mostramos las razones por las que ya no utilizamos el famoso “BOSU”, cuando hace años formaba parte de todas nuestras sesiones. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀——-⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Nos salimos de la concepción clásica y genérica de que sirve para prevenir lesiones porque mejora la propiocepción y tratamos de profundizar de forma crítica sobre la biomecánica concreta de cada aspecto que queremos trabajar. ——— Luego para nosotros no solo vale con subirse en una plataforma inestable y sobrevivir sin caerte, tiene que tener un propósito concreto con un foco determinado y encajar dentro de nuestras progresiones/regresiones/lateralizaciones de aprendizaje de un determinado patrón o gesto. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀———-⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ▶️ Se trata de nuestra opinión con los motivos por los que cambiamos nuestra forma de trabajar.
