Using the BOSU can total enhance your core training for the better!! That is... if you keep in mind the position of your... bellybutton?! That’s right! The position of your bellybutton is one of the best indicators to see if you’re getting the most out of each BOSU rep! The goal is to keep the bellybutton “parallel to the ground” as your abs crunch in! This creates a much stronger contraction (and yes, makes the exercise much more challenging hehe )! I absolutely LOVE using the bosu ball!! It is such an underrated tool to work on balance, stability, proprioception, and incorporating core stability in your workouts. It is also great to get that extra challenge in on the simple body weight exercises! Here is some lower body work I did with them yesterday. 1️⃣ split lunge superset jump lunges 2️⃣ air squat superset jump squats Don’t look past the bosu ball!
