Benefits Of Tuck Jumps A proper tuck jump will work your legs, core, glutes, and quads. And because jumping is involved, you'll also be able to sneak in some cardio with this move. Your heart rate will increase as soon as you begin, making sure that the necessary blood flow is reaching those targeted muscles groups. . How Your Muscles Work During A Tuck Jump 1. If you have a pullup bar at home, or one out in a park, or a tree, whatever you use, try scap pullups. • This is a great way of teaching the shoulder blades what to do in things like pullups, and even bench press. • For the majority of people, these muscles are often under used, then become weak and under active, because most people live sedentary lifestyles. This often leads to the upper traps being a source of pain and tension. • This movement can really help. Add it to warmups, or have it as a dedicated exercise in your workouts. I’d suggest the latter for most people!

MUSCLE UP PROGRESS - Unlocking a Strict Rings Muscle Up isn’t the easiest task in the world. You need the proper pulling strength, pushing strength and stability. For people that have all of the above but are still struggling with the False Grip, I have them work on partial reps with power like my client Nathan demonstrates here. Don’t confuse this for a Kipping Muscle Up, everything is still nice and tight. - 1. Start with your elbows slightly bent 2. Keep your feet on the floor but come up on your triple toes 3. Hold on with a false grip 4. Explosively pull yourself over the rings 5. Slowly lower for a full negative, doing your best to keep a false grip. - Over time, you can start to extend the elbows more and more until you’re in a complete Dead Hang. Also keep in mind that as your pulling, pushing, and false grip improves, naturally, so will your Muscle Up. - Everyone is different and will respond to some exercises and drills better than others. For the Muscle Up, some people can develop the eccentric first while some people can develop the concentric first. For Nathan, we decided to go the concentric route since he had so much power; the problem was his false grip. “A rolling stone gathers no moss” - Pubilius Syris✨ - Looking for a really simple bit affective work out program to use at home during quarantine? Try this easy little circuit that I’m use when I’m home and pressed for time⏰ - Always been a big fan of this kind of training. Get in what you can, when you can over the course of the day until you complete 100 reps of each exercise and 10 minutes of planking cumulatively over the entire day!🏋️‍♂️ - You can do this in between household chores, homeschooling, working from home, whatever! I also do this workout or sections of it, during the adds when watching TV! 📺 - The idea is to do as much as you can when you can... and remember, you have all day!💥 - Details are as follows: Push ups x 10 Inverted row x 10 Plank x 60 sec Squat x 30 seconds **most ads on TV go for about 30 seconds** (then repeat circuit when you can, ideally in this sequence, through out the day )😎 - Give it a whirl and let me know how you go! Manchmal verstehe ich nicht ganz, wieso man sich über bestimmte Sachen in den sozialen Medien aufregt und selbst nichts daran ändert Wir alle entscheiden uns doch jeden Tag aufs Neue, was wir uns anschauen und was nicht. Falls Euch ein Account jeden Tag halb nackt vor die Nase springt, und ihr das nicht sehen möchtet dann klickt den Account einfach weg oder äußert konstruktive Kritik [für die man übrigens immer dankbar ist] Genau dasselbe mit Werbung, die man 24/7 sieht und nicht unterstützen möchte Ich finde es überhaupt nicht verwerflich für Produkte zu werben, die man liebt und gerne nutzt. Ich werde das auch weiterhin tun 😃 aber - wenn ihr das Gefühl habt, jemand nutzt das auf eine falsche Art und Weise aus, dann seid ihr bzw. wir alle in der Position, das nicht mehr zu unterstützen Anstatt sich über Sachen aufzuregen kann man die sozialen Medien doch so nutzen und gestalten, wie sie einem Freude und Spaß bringen. Die ganzen Portale sind so vielfältig und indem wir uns genau aussuchen, was wir uns ansehen möchten können wir sehr viel Positives davon mitnehmen Wie seht ihr das? . Im gleichen Atemzug kann man aber auch nochmal erwähnen, dass es schön ist zu zeigen, wenn einem etwas gefällt. Etwas zu liken oder zu kommentieren, kostet keine Minute und ist enorm viel wert! CIRCUIT 1 - 2X 1️⃣ FOAM ROLLER FROGGERS (side, middle, side ) 💥 15 reps total . 2️⃣ FOAM ROLLER SINGLE LEG RAISES 💥 12 reps total . REST 1-2 MINS THEN: .
