My alarm went off at 4:30 like normal, texted my boo back & reset my alarm to 6:30 am 😂 I think two days in the sun did me in & that’s ok! Cardio utk lose weight.. perlu ke? Tiada masalah langsung nak buat cardio (cth typical treadmill ), its a tool utk bantu weight loss . Tapi jgn tertumpu sahaja pada ini, kerana kalori deficit adalah faktor penentu kejayaan utk lose weight . Kalau kita hanya tumpu pada cardio (yg typical ), ianya mengambil masa lama . Bayangkan utk bakar 300 kalori ambil masa 1-2 jam (bgantung juga pada jenis cardio ) tetapi ambil blk 300 kalori tu hanya 1-5 minit melalui makanan.. tak fair . Jadi anda boleh create kalori deficit melalui pemakanan , NEAT (spt berjalan, naik tangga ) kalau xsuka dgn idea kna buat cardio? Then pilih aktiviti lain . Akan tetapi bagi yang baru nak bermula utk transform atau baru nak exercise, cardio is a good start utk biasakan diri / alertkan muscle yg diri ini nak berubah. Happy Friday! 🌞🍃💛 I finished my workout for the week bright and early, just how I like it 😉 I’ve ran a total of 10 miles this week and I’ve managed to stayed away from carbs. I am sticking to protein, healthy fats, lots of veggies, and fruit. This is only temporary while I loose some of the extra fat I gained during quarantine. 🇮🇹🇬🇧 HOW I TRAIN Since June I’ve been back at the gym doing weightlifting, which I find is the most effective way of training on myself. I’ve been on my body recomposition journey since the end of April and my sessions last no longer than 50/60 min, and they are usually full body. Up until last week, I trained 3 times a week, but from today I will add an extra session for a total of 4 with the following split: full body, lower, upper and lower. Calories are slightly reduced compared to 2 months ago, but I’m maintaining my strength if not increasing it! (I’ve managed to do several pull ups and each week I’m increasing my reps! ) These are all signs that my body recomposition is working amazingly. As for cardio: 1 HIIT session a week (the sprints you see me doing at 6:30 am in the morning🏃🏽‍♀️☀️! ) . 🇮🇹 COME MI ALLENO Riaperte a giugno le palestre, sono tornata a dedicarmi ad un allenamento di forza/potenza che su di me funziona meglio di qualsiasi altra cosa. ▪️Sono in bodyrecomp da fine Aprile e gli allenamenti durano massimo 50/60 minuti e quasi sempre in Full Body. Fino alla scorsa settimana mi sono mantenuta su 3 allenamenti a settimana. Da oggi ritorno ai classici 4 in cui torniamo allo split settimanale : fullbody lower upper lower . ▪️Le calorie sono leggermente più basse rispetto a 2 mesi fa, ma nonostante questo sto mantenendo, anzi direi aumentando la mia forza pur perdendo cm di circonferenze. Sono riuscita a fare delle trazioni prone e aumentare le ripetizioni ogni settimana Questo è il segno che grazie ad @ironmanager 🖤 la bodyrecomp procede a gonfie vele. . ▪️Cardio : 1 sessione di HIIT a settimana (gli Sprints che mi vedete fare alle 6:30 del mattino🏃🏽‍♀️☀️! ) . Anzeige Wassereinlagerungen bei Hitze 🤯 Wer kennt‘s? Ich hatte jetzt wirklich EWIG nicht mehr mit Wassereinlagerungen zu kämpfen, aber wenn’s dann mehrere Tage über 30 grad ist, dann bleibe auch ich nicht mehr verschont! Was hilft ? Kühlere Temperaturen 😁 Nein Spaß, aber ich muss sagen, dass all‘ die tollen Tipps & Tricks recht wenig helfen! Was TEMPORÄR ganz gut tut: Beine hochlegen & kalte Duschen! Eiskalte Duschen 🚿 ❄️ Cardio hilft auch immer ganz gut finde ich - ist aber bei der Hitze natürlich auch nicht immer ratsam! Und der Effekt ist natürlich auch nicht von super langer Dauer! Ich glaube man muss dann einfach das beste draus machen & viel trinken. Instead of spending the energy to wish yourself into a healthier lifestyle, try using that energy in a more proactive way. Take some time to write out your goals and make a plan. I wanted to do something different today and share a few tips that helped me! 👌🏻 ✨ ▪️I started with mental health wellness. After losing my parents and sibling, I needed help. I didn’t want to spend the rest of my life mourning. Talking about my pain and the trauma I felt after finding my father deceased, helped me heal and start moving on. I learned I was worthy of happiness and not just heartache. Until I changed my thoughts and behaviors that got me to this place, I would fail any approach to a diet. ✨ ▪️Download an App. Track everything that you consume for a day without changing anything first. This was an eye opening visual for me. I saw how my food choices mattered. I saw I was consuming a days worth of sugar and carbs before noon. This also helped me learn to read labels and learn what was in my foods.🌱🌱 ✨ ▪️Be patient. The number one question I’m asked is how long did this take. We are all obsessed with losing weight that took us a few years to gain, in a matter of weeks. We all have different bodies. What took me a year and a half may take you a lot less. Just focus on doing your best everyday and everything else will follow. Relax, real change takes time. You want just a few healthy months or a healthy life??? 🤔🤔 ✨ ▪️Be kind to yourself. You’re gonna mess up, it’s okay. Instead of giving up, get back on track your very next meal. I had to break the cycle of thinking, well I already screwed up, might as well eat whatever I want now and start again on Monday. Nope. Nope. Nope. Start immediately!🥊 ✨ So what would you add?
