Dzisiejszy trening nóg dał mi mocno w kość 😂 już dawno nie było mi słabo albo chciało się rzygać po treningu kopyt. Czyli krótko mówiąc trening udany mimo nie dużej ilości ćwiczeń 😉 i o to w tym wszystkim chodzi 💪 Trening wyglądał tak: 1.uginanie nóg z hantlem na ziemi leżąc (dwuglowe ) 4 serie 2. Hak-przysiady 4 serie 3.wyprosty nóg na maszynie siedząc 5 serii 4.wykroki bez obciążenia 4 serię 5.wspiecia na palce siedząc 3 serię + 4 seria (5 krotny dropset z redukcja ciężaru ) ŁYDKI No i niestety póki co chyba nie zjem 😂🤣 blokada na żołądku po tym treningu, już się nie mogę doczekać jutrzejszego czucia mięśni. 5 Lessons I’ve learned from bodybuilding⬇️ . -It’s going to be relentlessly hard some days, as it should be. Nothing worth having will ever come easy. If it did, everyone would already have it. -The process will go slower than you want it to. Building muscle takes lots of time. Trust the process and stay consistent. -You will be judged by others who don’t understand your lifestyle and that’s okay. Surround yourself with those who support you, encourage you, and only lift you up. -You will have days or periods of time where you will question yourself and your progress. You may feel like you’re not progressing or perhaps you may feel like you’re moving backwards, but you’re probably not. We are our own worst critics and have a tendency to see ourselves very hypercritically. -When you achieve your goal and when you see the progress unfold, it’s going to be indescribable. You’ll feel on top of the world and that feeling right there, is what will always keep you hungry for more. . Bodybuilding is more than just a sport. It’s a lifestyle and it’s something that transpires and impacts your whole well being. Very serious face 🤪 Ik heb pas de documentaire van @fredvanleer gezien. Wat mij het meest is bijgebleven is het moment dat Fred emotioneel werd van het feit dat iemand zag en benoemde hoe hard hij eigenlijk werkt voor alles wat hij bereikt heeft. Hoe fijn is het als dit eens gezien en gezegd word. Dit betekent natuurlijk niet dat je iedereen de hele dag door veren in hun r**t moet steken, maar af en toe een keer benoemen wat je ziet bij een ander, waarvoor die gene hard werkt of wat jij bewonderd aan diegene. Hoe fijn is dat❤️ Eens??

When it comes down to training frequency how often should You train?🏋️‍♂️ - Choosing training frequency comes down to many factors. E.g. Experience, age, intensity & your recovery from sessions. Experience is a big one, where you are at with your training will dictate how often you should train. If you are new to training you wont need to train 5-6 days a week as you won't be able to withstand training that often. You would be much better off doing a 4 days a week, running an upper/lower split this way you can get the most out of your training and still recover for the following sessions. At a young age you are able to get away with less training frequency, you will see a lot of progress in a short period of time due to it being a novel stimulus. When you've been training for a couple years and have much more experience you can start to look at increasing training days and your split, 5 training days while running a much more demanding split like push, pull, legs, rest, legs, upper rest. This way you are able to hit certain muscle groups more directly, rather than having a whole session of upper body you can make it direct chest, shoulders, tricep work. This would be to demanding for someone new to training, and could see them unable to recover therefore not growing. - IR Online Coaching/PT📲 Looking to make a change & reach your desired goals?
