"If you believe it you can achieve it" _ This phrase is so watered down and over used that people have lost what it really means. _ You can't simply say, "I'm going to be wealthy one day" and believe for it to be true. You might *hope* it will come true, but not actually believe it will. - Hope is the enemy. You cannot "hope" to be great. You have to KNOW you're great. _ How do you believe?? State a belief. Hammer that idea into your brain every single day. I mean every. single. day. You can't get distracted. You have to be obsessed with this belief. Write it down. Visualize it. Talk about it. Dream about it. Take the actions it requires. _ You can do ANYTHING if you BELIEVE it. It sounds farfetched, but I urge you not be so close minded. _ We once thought the world was flat and that the earth was the center of the universe.

Just bumped up my macros so now I’m in a true surplus! Nothing will stop me from reaching my goals. It’s so easy but people just don’t want to work. They get bored with having the same old routine. I love having a set routine and knowing how my day is going to go. I was born for this life and I believe that 100%. I’m working to make this dream a reality and until that day I will just keep living a dream, but people will start to believe in me when they see what I bring to the table next year ; ) can’t wait.
