While the baby sleeps, I'm whipping up this delicious vegan stew for dinner. Garnish it with some cilantro and a few peanuts and you're good to go. Time for some homemade pasta sauce - roasted tomatoes with olive oil and salt and pepper gives it an amazing flavour. Also added onion, garlic, zucchini and extra lean ground beef, plus basil and oregano and some organic marinara.

Okay, this was amaaaaazzzinnng. Leftovers, combined! Quinoa with zucchini 'noodles', roasted grape tomatoes, baked black beans, turkey meatballs (with zucchini, onion, garlic, mushrooms ) and avocado. My hubby and I didn't even talk - we just devoured. AND it's pretty! Counting as 7 SP.
