*The 'Night' routine* Frame 1: cleanse using my fingers Frame 2: mint mask Mondays and Thursdays Frame 3: exfoliate with a berry scrub on Tuesdays and Fridays Frame 4: tone Frame 5: soothing gel for hydrating the skin on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays Frame 6: night cream (it's small coz it's not the original size it's from the 7 day results skin care kit ) #herbalifeskin #herbalifeskincare #herbalife #30daychallenge #skincareroutine #skincareproducts #skinglow

You guys are probably wondering what products am I actually using. *The day skin routine* Frame 1: that's my facial brush which I got from @dischem_pharmacies for R100 next to it is my Herbalife cleanser. The size of my cleanser is actually small because it comes from the 7days results skin care, there's actually a bigger version. So the products really last because I literally use a drop, a little really goes a long way. Frame 2: toner which refreshes my skin without stripping of my natural moisture and prepares it to absorb post cleansing creams. Frame 3: Day cream with SPF 30 especially if you are outdoors. It keeps the sun rays from darkening your spots. #herbalifeskin #30daychallenge #skincare

Since high school I've suffered from acne, acne scars, blemishes you name it. With every breakout stage I have had failed 'trial and error' stages too and often feeling disappointed that I have wasted so much money on products that don't work for me. I believe I speak for many when I say confidence is an agent for power; anything approached without confidence ceases to have any power or significance. When you feel great about how you look you feel ready to conquer. So to gain back the confidence in my look I've decided to start the 30 day Herbalife skin care routine challenge. I'm already 6 days into the challenge so I will post before pictures and weekly results in my story for us to track the progress. I hope this challenge inspires confidence and encouragement for people to take action on taking care of their skin. ❤️ #herbalifeskin #skincare #skinglow

When you want to understand what it takes for a young black girl from eKasi like she would articulate it, to greatness;stardom and queendom this was the book that spoke to me when I walked into @bargainbookssa . I bought it without thinking twice and I must say that it's a book I wouldn't mind passing down to a younger generation. I will share with you the top 3 lessons I got from indulging in this book 1. Life is not a straight line. She had little interest in pageants but it opened metamorphic opportunities for her in the media realm also a field she was not familiar with as she had plans to study education psychology in Venda. (Go through life with an open mind you never know when you have hit a gold mine ) 2. Fall forward. Being a public figure makes this even more challenging because your failures are magnified and reported with aromat. From Bantu education accent on Top Billing to 7 miscarriages, failed businesses, to media mogul, 3 beautiful kids and flourishing business ventures. She is not perfect but she continued to fall forward despite nay sayers. 3. A destiny is not a place of ending but a journey of Hope 😉. This woman's fierceness and zeal for entrepreneurship has carried her into beauty, design, media, construction, mining, travel, retail, technology, mentorship and a few other spheres. She didn't just stop at media she ventured into other industries realising and pushing boundaries consistently so. So multidimensional and she ain't even done with uall😅. Reading this book was a pleasure @basetsanakumalo #ReadingBassiesBook
