By @nocrumbsleft ~ 2  1 ½” thick steaks  2 cups cucumbers (about 4-5 small ), chopped into large chunks 3 large beefsteak tomatoes, sliced 1/3 cup green olives Marinated Red Onions Green Goddess Dressing 3 oil-packed anchovy filets 3 garlic cloves, chopped fine 1 cup Whole30 Mayo 2 handfuls basil leaves 4 Tbsp fresh tarragon leaves ¼ cup parsley 3 Tbsp lemon juice 5 Tbsp olive oil 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar 2 pinches salt ½ of a large avocado Salad greens Bring your steaks to room temperature. Salt and pepper them well. Place steaks on a hot grill and cook for 8-12 minutes (depending on how you like your steak cooked ) Turn halfway through. Cauliflower Patties Recipe This cauliflower patties recipe is versatile and easy to make. The fritters are vegan, gluten-free, protein-rich, and they're perfect as a snack, side dish, lunch, dinner or meal prep. By @elavegan ~ Wet ingredients 1/2 small cauliflower head, cut into small florets (250 g ) One 15 oz can chickpeas (rinsed and drained ) (about 280 g ) 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced coconut oil for frying Dry ingredients 1/2 cup chickpea flour (60 g ) 1 1/2 tbsp flax seeds ground 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp cumin ground salt and pepper to taste Instructions Cook the cauliflower florets in salted water until tender, then discard the water. Meanwhile combine all dry ingredients in a bowl, set aside. Pulse all wet ingredients (except the oil for frying ) in a food processor until combined (don't over process ). Add the wet ingredients to the bowl of dry ingredients and mix everything together with your hands. Chock full of tasty chicken, sweet corn, creamy avocado, lime, and chili powder, this is a great dish to share — though you might just want to keep it all for yourself! This super easy veggie bowl was so delicious! Mann’s Fresh-Cut Sweet Potato Cubes offer brilliant color to a variety to any dish! They are rich in vitamins and minerals, sweet potatoes are also high in fiber! The best part is your can steam them in their microwaveable bag! Flavor-filled Veggie Bowl 1 bag @veggiesmadeeasy Sweet Potato Cubes 1 bunch kale, roughly chopped (remove stems ) Juice of 1 freshly-squeezed lemon salt and pepper to taste 1/4 onion chapped 6/7 grape tomatoes chopped 1/2 avocado sliced 1/2 yellow and red bell pepper sliced 1 can white Northern beans (16oz ) Add the kale to a large mixing bowl and drizzle evenly with lemon juice.  Using your hands, massage the kale until is has softened and turns a deep green. CHIPOTLE CAULI WING TACOS w/ AVO CREMA! Tag a friend and grab the full recipe below!!! Cauliflower wings by @alexafuelednaturally INGREDIENTS 1 head of cauliflower 1 1/2 Cup unsweetened almond milk 1 Cup brown rice flour (or regular flour ) 1 tsp  garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp of paprika 1/4 tsp sea salt 1/4 tsp ground pepper Method: 1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. 2.Next, prepare batter. Mix dry ingredients together, and then add almond milk. Stir with a whisk or fork until well combined. You want the batter thick but pourable so it can stick to the cauliflower… if it is too runny, it won’t stick. 3.Once the oven is preheated, add cauliflower one at a time to the batter to coat. Shake off excess and place on baking sheet. Easiest done with a fork! Give each piece 1 inch of room. 4.Bake for 15 minutes then remove from oven. Carefully dip each cauliflower into chipotle sauce (See recipe below for sauce ) then place back onto baking sheet. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes! The second round of baking will make them extra crispy! Chipotle sauce INGREDIENTS 1 (7 ounce ) can chipotle peppers 2 tbsp 100% pure maple syrup 2 tablespoons lime juice 2 tbsp Tamari or soy sauce 1 teaspoon garlic powder 2 tbsp water Method : 1.Open can of chipotle peppers and take out 3 to 5 peppers (begin with less and add more to your liking ). Store remaining peppers in a jar for other uses. 2.Place chipotle peppers and all other sauce ingredients in a blender and blend on high until sauce forms. Avocado Cashew Cream INGREDIENTS 1 avocado 1/3 cup raw cashews 1 small handful cilantro (about 1/2 cup chopped ) Juice of 1 lemon 1/3 cup almond milk or water 1 tsp garlic powder Pinch of salt 3 tbsp nutritional yeast Method: 1.Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Roasted Brussel Sprouts Ultra CRISPY and FLAVORFUL roasted brussel sprouts. By @chelseasmessyapron ~ 1.5 pounds brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt 1/4 teaspoon EACH: garlic powder, freshly cracked pepper 1/3 cup Panko (or breadcrumbs )* 1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese, separated Instructions Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Trim the brussel sprouts and slice large ones in half. Place in a large bowl and drizzle over olive oil and melted butter. Add in the salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Toss gently until seasonings are evenly distributed and sprouts are well coated in the oil/butter. They need to have enough oil + butter so the panko & parmesan will stick; add an additional tablespoon of oil IF needed. Finally, add in the Panko and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. Again, toss gently to ensure the panko and parmesan coats all the sprouts. Transfer to a large baking sheet and spread the brussel sprouts so they aren't overlapping. Some of the panko/parmesan will fall to the tray and that's fine as long as most of the sprouts are well coated in it. If not, sprinkle the mixture on the sprouts. Bake 18-23 minutes or until sprouts are lightly browned, tender, and the Parmesan cheese is melted. (May vary depending on actual oven temperature and size of sprouts ). Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese on the hot brussel sprouts. I like to grab some of the toasted Panko from the tray and add it on top of the bowl of brussel sprouts! Instant Pot Pot Roast This recipe is an easy, comforting dinner that comes together so quickly in the pressure cooker! With tender veggies (not mushy! ), a fall apart tender roast and seasoned gravy. by @thereciperebel ~ 2 teaspoons seasoning salt 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon dried parsley 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 3 lb beef chuck roast Or another, cut in half 1 tablespoon canola oil 1 cup low sodium beef broth 1 tablespoon tomato paste 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1.5 lb Little Potatoes 3 large carrots peeled and cut into thick slices OPTIONAL: corn starch to thicken juices In a small bowl, combine seasoning salt, #garlic , parsley, onion powder and pepper. Sprinkle over #roast to season. Turn #InstantPot to saute. When it reads "hot", add the oil and sear roast on all sides. To do this, place the roast in the pot and do not move for 2-3 minutes. When you flip it, it should release from the pan easily. To the Instant Pot add broth, tomato paste, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce -- if there are brown bits stuck to the bottom from the #meat , give them a scrape and they should release easily. Stir to combine. Put the lid on and turn the valve to sealing. Select Manual or Pressure Cook and set the cook time for 55-65*** minutes, depending how large your pieces are. (65 minutes to be safe ) When the cook time is over, turn the Instant Pot off and let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes before turning the valve to venting and opening the lid. Add the Little #Potatoes and carrots, put the lid back on, turn the valve to sealing and select Manual or Pressure Cook for 3 minutes. When the cook time is over, let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes before moving the valve to venting, releasing remaining pressure and opening the lid. I am so excited that this is exactly what my family wants to eat right now 👌😘 Chicken Spaghetti Alfredo with Peas By @dianemorrisey : : : 1 lb. dried spaghetti 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 tsp salt, divided 1/2 tsp black pepper, divided 2 tbls oil 8 tbls butter, divided 5 cloves garlic, chopped 1/2 chicken broth 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup frozen peas (thawed ) 1/2 chopped fresh parsley * Season chicken with salt and pepper. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente, 8 to 10 minute, reserving 1 cup of the pasta cooking water, then drain the pasta. Meanwhile, heat the oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet (I used Cast Iron ). Add the chicken to the pan, and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, depending on thickness of chicken. Do not fiddle with the chicken, allowing a crust to form. Flip the chicken and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes or until Completely cooked through, adding more oil to the pan if needed. Remove chicken from pan and put on a plate, covering with foil and allowing it to rest for 5 minutes. Add the butter and sauté the garlic until Aromatic. Add in broth, scraping up any bits on the bottom of the skillet. Whisk in the cream and Parm and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes. While it’s simmering, slice the chicken into 1/2” slices. If the sauce is too thick, add some of the reserved pasta cooking water, a few tablespoons at a time, to thin it out. Add the drained pasta, peas, chopped parsley, the chicken and any accumulated juices to the sauce and toss to coat. Healthy Yogurt Oat Blueberry Breakfast Cake is a quick, freezer-friendly breakfast idea. No mixer required! Made with old fashioned rolled oats, whole wheat flour, honey, Greek yogurt and lots of blueberries, this breakfast cake is so moist, soft and bursting with juicy blueberries. By @omgchocolatedesserts ~ Ingredients 1 ¼ cups old-fashioned rolled oats 1 ¼ cups white whole wheat flour 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder ½ teaspoon baking soda ¼ teaspoon salt 1 cup Greek yogurt ¼ cup milk 2 large eggs 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla ½ cup honey 1/3 cup melted coconut oil 2 cups blueberries Instructions Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease 8 x 8 inches pan with nonstick cooking spray, set aside. You can line the pan with parchment paper leaving large overhang the sides so you can lift the cake from the pan easily. First, in a large bowl, whisk together dry ingredients: oats, flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt and set aside. Next, in a medium bowl or measuring cup, whisk together Greek yogurt, milk, eggs, vanilla, honey and melted coconut oil. Then, add liquid ingredients mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined (don’t overmix ). Finally, gently fold in blueberries and pour the batter in prepared pan, smooth the top and bake 45-55 minutes or until the toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. If the top starts browning too quickly, loosely tent the top with aluminum foil.
