My pastor @mrbryanlcarter I believe is a man of God of a different breed. Not there when he took over as Lead Pastor at @concorddallas but I can tell he has a way of avoiding confrontations and still get results. Dr @jamalhbryant I respect so much and hold in high esteem over his stand for the black community especially in these days where no major voice is on the scene except the brodas in the music industry.. on this case, I think they are both right. I know Pastor Carter had led other pastors in a peaceful protest a day before the verdict and he has been vocal in ensuring that justice was served. Dr Jamal (I know you guys are friends ) may not appreciate the gesture of the brother of the deceased towards the killer cop looking at things from a distance but I'm pretty sure he would feel differently were he to be in the courthouse like the judge and other black folks who saw the genuineness of the forgiveness. Moral of the story: things read, heard or told are never the same as experienced!
Rev'd @biodunfatoyinbo ...🙌🙌🙌
R E A L. A F R I C A N K I N G... I had called out @basketmouth on several platforms to lead the boycott... Thanks for showing your strength in this matter... ❤️❤️
Finally, a R E A L Queen has acted..not those hungry celebrities.. This is how to revenge not by looting or just ranting on social media.... @tiwasavage ... ❤️❤️❤️
How can "DAYS OF RAGE" be called peaceful.... @aatiku means you will give these guys a handshake and kunu were you the C-in-C and they put up this 👆👆??
MESSED MANHOOD: RAPE I trust God that this season will reveal a lot that has been buried and troubling men. The attention has been on the girl child to the utter neglect of the boy-child. Most of these men misbehaving in adulthood were messed up in their childhood by parents, relatives, family friends, pastors, priests, etc.. I'm a SURVIVOR!!
ANOTHER VOICE OF REASON: pay attention to the first word "TRUTH". We cannot call either party a liar at this point less we become more evil than the accused. ALL parties involved need our help, prayers and guidance. This is what is expected of TRUE believers. @bankywellington @adesuaetomi @tonyrapu @bolajiid , your positions fall short of the above. Busola and Biodun Fatoyinbo are ours first. Forget about the titles, they are both our brother and sister. They are family. That's the first true position of a believer. While we investigate, we must provide immediate help for the victim and seek out to establish truth for the sake of the accused and the church. NOT SOCIAL MEDIA criticism.
PASTOR RAPE CASE: In the midst of the current madness, I will leave this here. At least someone is speaking with sense not just the sentiment of the many who want to trend on IG.. This is sense..please borrow yourself some.. credit: @pgeeman
This guy boldly claim he is an economist and does not know Nigeria is not the poorest country in the world and was too lazy to verify. . . An Economist because he graduated with a degree in economics?? Wouldn't have done this had he not gone ahead to block him while I tried giving him verifiable links to educate him. He also belongs to the free nation movement led by @daddyfrz , a group of very ignorant folks. . . Why so many ignorant and arrogant people on social media in Nigeria. The case of Azeez Fashola (not comfortable calling him by the nations currency ) and the uproar on Simi's take on cybercrime is worrisome. Some don't even know the gravity of the offence.. many calling for the heads of Ruggedman, attacked Tunde Ednut, etc..
@tundeednut and his followers.. the situation in Nigeria is beyond redemption. You need to see the comments like must everyone go to school? School is a scam.. . Many of them are quick to point at Steve Jobs, Bill Gates calling them drop outs but they don't even understand what level of education they were exposed to before then. . . The question was not an insult.. he is asking for a plan. Do you have a degree, if not, what skill have you acquired? What trade have you learnt or is Yahoo business the plan? As it is fast becoming a legitimised business by Nigerian youths. . . The response is to hire degree holders and delay salaries??? I give up on Nigerian youths..
