Get back to your 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐬. That’s what these tough times are teaching us. For me, my happy place is outside, with a fire, a hammock, a tent, and most importantly- 𝐃𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐨. This little boy has been all over the country with me, living in different national forests with me. Protecting me from bears and snakes and intruders. Glad I got to spend some time camping this week with my favorite little man. #dingo #mountainfeist #landbetweenthelakes #camping #backpacking #hiking #fire #workfromhome #adventure #explorer #hike #nature #outdoors #residualincome #dog #dogsofinstagram

𝐃𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞? The psychology of a good hair day: Most of us accept that yes, looks matter. How we feel influences how we look and vice versa. • 𝐇𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲, the Romans and the Greeks show that elaborate wigs were a sign of class and wealth. Your hair was like a crown. Look at Cleopatra or Samson. • 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲, we see good hair as a sign of good health. Luscious thick hair is associated with sensuality. Likewise, thinning hair is associated with aging and loss of health. • 𝐀𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲, hair frames the face and is considered most important in first impressions. Statistically, hair is among the top 3 features people notice on first encounters. • 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐦, our sense of attractiveness is strongly connected to confidence and positive self esteem. • 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐬, as people get older, they experiences a lot of losses. Loss in strength, flexibility, height, & cognition. Although hair loss, thinning & greying are natural experiences for aging, there are ways to combat this that make people feel more in control and confident. So why does a good hair day matter? For all those answers above. With all the unknowns surrounding us, [especially right now], it’s nice to know how a good hair day can make us feel good at 𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘢𝘨𝘦. -some information from Vivian Diller, PhD, psychologist in NYC.

I hope whatever you’re doing brings you 𝐣𝐨𝐲. I hope you’re happy & fulfilled. I hope your bank account is flourishing. I hope you get to spend plenty of time with your friends & family. I hope you love your job. I hope you have goals. Not dreams, goals. I hope you work towards them everyday. I hope you are excited about life. I see so many memes saying things like, “well I work and pay my bills & come home and sleep. Just to wake up and do it again tomorrow. Is this life for the next 40 years?” All I’m saying is.... don’t miss out on living. Actually living your life. Because no, that is absolutely 𝐧𝐨𝐭 life for the next 40 years. Change your situation until you’re happy to start your day every morning.
If you are 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 take risks, you will have to 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲. I think so differently than others, it blows my mind. I’ve considered raising a family on a bus and traveling full time. I’d rather jump off a cliff or bungee jump than go to a fancy dinner, any day. My plans for 2021? Rent a new Airbnb each month, in different states for 6 months, then travel abroad for a few months. I promised Dingo I’d show him the world! Notice I didn’t say my dream, or goal, it’s my 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧. I was thinking of my old jobs today... at a recent job, the owner told me, “I could never show you how much we make or you’d want a huge raise” then LAUGHED. That was such a big turning point in my life. That’s when I decided to make my own income & make my own dreams come true, because it was obvious I wasn’t going to reach my full potential there.. So I decided to do something different. I want a different life than 99% of people, so I need to do something that 99% of people aren’t doing. And now, 𝐈 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟏%. I learn from million dollar earners, even five million dollar earners who started from the very beginning. People who also what different lives than most. When people say, “only the people at the top make money” referring to what I do... I say two things: 1. I’m not at the top and I’m making money... my brand new girls are making money.. that’s a wonderful excuse to not do this, but it’s wrong. We have bank statements to prove it. 2. Where do you think they started? Fun fact, in this business, we all start over every single month. An SED, making more than $100,000 a month, starts over every single month as a market partner. The thing is, we get paid based on our effort. Not a yearly performance review that results in a few dollar raise. It’s a different life, a different mindset, and a hell of a lot more my style.
GROWTH, in so many ways. Personal, mental, hair. I used to care about everybody’s opinions, to the extreme. When I started driving, probably from 16-20, when it was raining I’d constantly check what speed other peoples windshield wipers were at because I didn’t want them to think I was stupid for having mine crazy fast. WHAT ON EARTH? But it was a genuine concern of mine. As the years went on, I slowly cared less and less. And living in the forest for 5 months really made me not care almost at all what people thought. It’s my life? Yes it’s different, but man it’s fun. Now... I teach that to my team. I embody the not giving a fuck mentality, and it’s so strong that strangers can see it. I’m SO HAPPY with where I’m at, and I don’t surround myself with people who judge or care. Starting your own business that people almost immediately judge you for, really helped seal the deal with not caring what people think. Do they pay my bills? No. Do they even hangout with me? NO. (They’re too busy working all day everyday making other people money ). Being close minded closes a lottttttt of doors. Here’s to a hell of a lot of growth, staying home with my baby Dingo each day, forgetting what day of the week it is almost everyday, and not giving a fuckkkkkk what anyone thinks because it’s my life. Growth my friends.
I 𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐃 it’s Monday! It’s crazy how Mondays excite me now. It’s a fresh start to the week! I get to plan, organize, and execute on Mondays. But I know the feeling most of you have, that was me not too long ago. The dreaded Monday, back to work for an entire week. Everyone’s always 𝐌𝐎𝐎dy- coworkers, customers, bosses... Mondays used to suck. But now- I love them. I surround myself with people who also love them. Monday’s are no different than Fridays to me. But if your Monday sucks, it’s your mindset that sucks. It’s your surroundings, your people, your environment. Try something new, who knows... it might be a legen𝐃𝐀𝐈𝐑𝐘 𝐌𝐎𝐎ve. Wow, thanks for putting up with me this far 😅😂 anyway, happy Monday!
Entering this new year excited as EVER. The past two years have broken me down, chewed me up, and spit me out. I wandered around the country (literally ) looking for my purpose & trying so hard to figure out who I wanted to be or what I wanted to do, and even after 5 months of living in the woods (yes... literally ), I still didn’t figure it out. But today, I wake up knowing exactly where I am, where I want to go, and who I want to be. I wake up eager to be a better person, a better leader, a better friend & a better mama to Dingo. I know exactly where I’m going and I know exactly how to get there. And if that’s not the definition of the year of perfect vision, I don’t know what is. Here’s to entering 2020 confident, consistent, driven, PROUD, and POWERFUL.
Confidence : belief in oneself and ones power and abilities. Why is confidence important? This may seem obvious... but confidence changes everything about yourself. You radiate, you get shit done, you believe in yourself. You SMILE. It’s the most important ingredient for success. Work your ass off, do whatever it takes to succeed and build your dream life. After all... you’re the only one that can do that for you. • • • • • • #hair #happy #healthy #healthyhair #confidence #smile #hairtransformation #before #after #natural #vegan #shampoo #conditioner #monat #workfromwifi #workfromhome #hairfix

On this day: we had a big family dinner. I live 8 hours away from them and see them just a few times a year. But DANG it’s amazing that it feels like not a single moment of distance has changed us. Also so thankful to go home and visit a relatively small town and get away from the enormous Nashville scene. 🔸 ** SWIPE TO SEE TRANSFORMATION** 🔹 Also on this day: I got 6, count them 6 compliments about my hair. I don’t say this to “brag” I say this because I’ve experienced such an incredible hair transformation is just a few months. Before, the only compliment I would have ever received about my hair would be, “omg your frizz looks so amazing, how do I ever get my frizz or damage to look like yours?” 😵😂 KIDDING. But seriously, it’s very nice to receive compliments on something you’re putting your passion into. I will NOT have thin, damaged, unhealthy hair at any point in my life. Plus my products are 100% guaranteed anyway 😉 🔸 🔹 🔸 🔹 🔸 🔹 🔸 #monat #healthyhairrevolution #healthyhair #transformation #hair #hairstyle #happy #shampoo #conditioner #monathair #family #brother #mother #mom #photography #restaurant
Y’all... this man is everything. I’ve been in a rough spot the past few weeks, just going through some big life changes, and he sent me a card all the way from Ohio. • “Just wanted to let you know, You are valuable. You are loved.” • Just those two sentences were enough to pick me up and remind me that there’s nowhere to go but forward in life. You HAVE to push yourself to get anywhere. If you stick to the normal, mundane, average lifestyle, that’s all you’ll ever have for you and your children. • Take risks, fail, get up, try again! Also... peep this hairrrrr. I miss it so so much, but it was SO unleathy. Years of frying the crap out of it, never letting my natural curls shine, and just... dealing with it! All because I was afraid of change! • • #hair #haircare #blogger #influencer #monat #bossbabe #gratitude #grandpa #entrepreneur #workfromhome #workremotley #dreamlife #fashion #blog #travel #adventure #photo #wedding #ootd #thankful
Who pushes you, motivates you, makes you want to be a better person? Is it your baby, boyfriend, girlfriend, husband, wife? Maybe, just maybe, it’s your pup too! Dingo has traveled the country with me, stayed in national forests for 4 months with me, bathing in creeks, sleeping in hammocks, climbing mountains and kayaking rivers. He’s been there for my best times and he’s been there through my worst times. This little boy pushes me everyday to have a better life so that we can travel and explore, because in his short little life... I want him to see everything. Feel so alive and loved and taken care of. We both live for adventure and adrenaline, and let me tell you... this Mountain Feist will bark nonstop until we go on that 15 mile hike a few times a week 😅 Dingo is my world, and for now, that world is perfect for me. • • • • • • #dog #puppy #mountain #oregon #coast #ocean #pacific #insta #blogger #blog #influencer #journey #best #friend #bestfriend #photo #pose #candid #nature #hike #travel #adventure #adventuretay #outdoors #nashville #west #trip #summer #nationalforest #exploring
I’m going to get REAL, RAW, & HONEST. The past two weeks or so have been some of the most stressful weeks of my life. Full of anxiety, panic attacks and struggles. You know why? Because life is HARD. Damn hard. Sometimes it feels impossible to make daily decisions or literally any decisions at all. It’s EASY to stay where you are and not move forward. You know why? Because you’re good at being where you are. You’re probably “good” at your job, “cool” with where you live, and “just fine” with your relationship. But is that helping you grow? • I’ve chosen to make a few crazy changes in my life. Stay tuned for them, I will be letting y’all know as they happen. • Finally, I’m realizing I need to control my own life. You’re the most important thing in your life. Do WHATEVER it takes to make you happy. Don’t settle, for anything! Your job, your partner, your location. We’re lucky enough to be able to change anything about our situations, something not everyone gets to experience. Take advantage of it, do the unimaginable! You’re too smart to be standing in your own way. • • • • • #life #changes #travel #change #lifechange #choices #happy #brave #blog #insta #fun #florida #okaloosa #island #adventure #taylor #cool #life #photo #caption #text #new #post #nashville #green #arch #hiking #adventures
What if... • What if all this time, all this struggle, has been leading you to a beautiful chapter in your life? What if everything does work out, even if it doesn’t seem like it right now? What if who I become is who I needed all along? What if all of this hard work leads to amazing things? What if you replaced negativity with optimism? Would your thoughts and behavior change too? I believe so. • • • • • • #Tiffany #Moule #pier #destin #florida #travel #beach #vacation #ftwalton #inspiration #light #tagstagram #sea #ocean #seascape #seaside #oceaneyes #oceanwaves #oceans #oceandrive #discoverocean #oceanside #oceanart #oceanfront #oceanbeach #oceanlovers #oceanlife #oceanlover #oceanlove
